【摘要】： 贫困问题,是人类面临的严峻挑战之一,也为我国社会普遍关注。以江泽民为核心的第三代领导集体对贫困问题一直很重视,1989—2002年间,江泽民先后四次出席中央或全国的扶贫开发工作会议并发表重要讲话,多次对扶贫工作做出重要指示,经常深入贫困地区、革命老区和少数民族地区了解民情,指导工作,在反贫困方面取得了举世瞩目的成就,形成了适合中国国情的反贫困思想——江泽民反贫困思想,它是“三个代表”重要思想的重要组成部分,其内容丰富,对当前构建和谐社会、全面建设小康社会具有重要的影响。本文从学术界研究关于贫困的相关概念入手,深入分析江泽民反贫困思想的原因,进而分析其产生的理论渊源及演进过程,归纳总结江泽民反贫困思想的内容,并对其特点进行分析,最后深入分析理论价值和实践价值。全文共分为五大部分: 第一部分:从什么是贫困开始入手,针对学术界关于贫困的概念、分类及贫困线进行总结。第二部分:江泽民反贫困思想是建立在原因的深刻分析基础上形成的,本部分从主观和客观上进行原因分析。第三部分:江泽民反贫困思想有其产生的理论渊源——马克思反贫困理论、毛泽东反贫困思想、邓小平反贫困思想。在继承前人基础上,形成江泽民反贫困思想,它可以分为三个阶段。第四部分:江泽民反贫困思想的内容丰富,本文从路径论、主体论和机制论进行概括总结,这一部分是本文的主要组成部分。第五部分:江泽民反贫困思想具有价值性、战略性、科学性,并具有重要的理论价值和实践价值。
[Abstract]:Poverty, one of the severe challenges facing mankind, is also of general concern to our society. The third generation leading group with Jiang Zemin as the core has always attached great importance to the problem of poverty. From 1989 to 2002, the Jiang Zemin attended four meetings of the Central Committee or the National Conference on Poverty Alleviation and Development, delivered important speeches, and gave important instructions to the work of poverty alleviation many times. We often go deep into poor areas, old revolutionary areas and ethnic minority areas to understand the people's situation, guide our work, and have made remarkable achievements in the fight against poverty, and have formed the anti-poverty thought, Jiang Zemin anti-poverty thought, which is suited to China's national conditions. It is an important part of the important thought of "three represents", which is rich in content and has an important influence on the construction of harmonious society and the construction of well-off society in an all-round way. This paper begins with the academic research on the related concepts of poverty, deeply analyzes the causes of Jiang Zemin's anti-poverty thought, then analyzes its theoretical origin and evolution process, and summarizes the contents of Jiang Zemin's anti-poverty thought. And the characteristics of the analysis, finally in-depth analysis of the theoretical and practical value. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part: starting with what is poverty, aiming at the concept, classification and poverty line of the academic circles. The second part: the anti-poverty thought of Jiang Zemin is formed on the basis of the deep analysis of the cause, this part carries on the reason analysis from the subjective and the objective. The third part: the Jiang Zemin anti-poverty thought has its theory origin-Marx anti-poverty theory, Mao Zedong anti-poverty thought, Deng Xiaoping anti-poverty thought. On the basis of inheritance, Jiang Zemin anti-poverty thought can be divided into three stages. The fourth part: the content of Jiang Zemin anti-poverty thought is rich, this paper summarizes from path theory, subject theory and mechanism theory, this part is the main part of this paper. The fifth part: Jiang Zemin anti-poverty thought has the value, the strategy, the science, and has the important theory value and the practice value.
