【摘要】： 技术创新理论研究的不断深入和实践能力的不断提高,极大地促进了工业经济时代的经济发展与社会进步。在技术创新的发展过程中,由于受传统经济利益至上价值观的影响,也随之带来了一系列负面影响,造成人文价值的缺失。因此,在大力提倡技术创新的同时,必须注重其内在价值与应用价值的统一,技术与人文的统一。经济、社会的健康良好发展离不开人文价值作为软支撑。本文的创新点在于较为系统地从技术创新的人文向度探讨技术创新的人文内涵和意义。文章主要分为三大部分,分别从技术创新目标的人文取向、技术创新过程中的人文因素以及创新成果的社会价值三方面加以论述,无不体现出技术创新与人文两者具有密不可分的关系。全文着重从人的文化价值即人文向度对技术创新的特点、构成、创新过程中所出现的问题进行探究,旨在说明技术创新只有与人文价值相互融合,才能实现真正意义上的全面发展。从哲学角度看,人类认知、实践的活动本质就是创新,创新是人生最高价值的体现,它的本质在于它所体现出的社会人文价值;而技术的社会属性意味着它是人的本质力量的外化,技术不仅作为一种工具手段更承载着人的目的、价值观。因此,技术创新作为一种“新的生产函数的整合”,自然而然拥有人文价值负荷。技术创新是人类特有的一种社会实践活动,整个过程涉及到社会的诸多因素,与各种社会条件相互作用,其中直觉、观念、良好的人文环境等都是技术创新必不可少的人文动因。创新文化、科技体制也都为技术创新的顺利发展提供了保证。在社会大环境中的技术创新,它离不开社会的需求,而人是组成社会的基本单位,因此社会的需求即是人的需求。人类的需求及价值观等对技术创新活动起着导向作用,人必定引导着技术创新向着有利于自身的方向发展,其最终目的旨在提高人在自然中的生存地位,推动人类物质文明与精神文明的同步发展。针对技术创新成果而言,它的应用价值是多层次的,对社会的影响是沿着多条路线逐层深入推进,从经济层面开始,逐渐深入到伦理道德、文化等多层面。但技术创新本身是个复杂系统,其内在价值与应用价值存在一定的矛盾,创新成果的不确定性使其应用后果表现出多重的可能性。所以,技术创新在造福于人类的同时所带来的人文忧患也是不可避免的。对于产生的人文缺失问题我们应科学地加以对待,首先必须正确认识到,技术创新发展过程中给人类带来的人文效益、正面价值远远要超过其给人类带来的问题,这是有目共睹的。其次,在满足人类物质需要的同时,也需注重人与人、人与自然、人与社会的协调发展,彰显技术创新的人文价值! 所以,技术创新作为社会利益和文化价值共同构建的产物,具有人文价值负荷,这就需要人的文化价值即人文向度对技术创新过程中所出现的问题进行引导。这样才能保证技术创新推动社会全面健康发展,真正实现对人类的终极关怀!
[Abstract]:In the process of the development of technological innovation , due to the influence of traditional economic benefits to the upper values of the traditional economy , it also brings a series of negative impacts , which leads to the loss of the humanities value . Therefore , it is necessary to pay attention to the unification of value and application value in the development of technological innovation . Therefore , it is necessary to focus on the unification of value and application value and the unity of technology and humanities .

The innovation point of this paper is to discuss the humanistic connotation and meaning of technological innovation systematically from the humanistic dimension of technological innovation . The article is divided into three parts : the humanistic orientation of technological innovation goal , the humanities factor in the process of technological innovation and the social value of innovation results .

From the point of view of philosophy , the essence of human cognition and practice is innovation , innovation is the reflection of the highest value of life , its essence lies in the social and cultural value embodied in it ; and the social attribute of technology means that it is the externalization of the essence of human beings .

Technological innovation is a kind of social practice activity which is characteristic of mankind . The whole process involves many factors of society and interacts with all kinds of social conditions , in which the intuition , the concept and the good human environment are the indispensable cultural motivation of technological innovation . The innovation culture and the science and technology system provide the guarantee for the smooth development of technological innovation .

The technological innovation in the social environment depends on the needs of the society , and the human being the basic unit of the society . Therefore , the demand of society is the demand of people . The human needs and values play a guiding role in the technological innovation activities , and the ultimate aim is to improve the survival status of man in nature and promote the synchronous development of human material civilization and spiritual civilization .

In the case of technological innovation , its application value is multi - level , and its influence on society is gradually advanced along multiple routes , from the economic level to the multi - level of ethics and culture . However , technological innovation itself is a complex system .

In order to solve the human missing problem , we should treat it scientifically . First , we must correctly realize that the humanistic benefit brought to mankind in the process of technological innovation development is far more than that brought to mankind , which is obvious . Secondly , it also needs to pay attention to the harmonious development between man and man , man and nature , man and society , and demonstrate the humanistic value of technological innovation .

Therefore , technological innovation , as a product of social benefit and cultural value , has the humanities value load , which leads to the cultural value of human being the guiding of the problems in the process of technological innovation . This can ensure that technological innovation promotes the comprehensive and healthy development of society and truly realizes the ultimate concern for mankind !
