市场信息效率理论的新进展

【摘要】：市场信息效率因其重要性和基础性激发了学界的持续研究,大量成果涌现,但是截至目前在系统性和建构性上的努力还很不够,体系松散,脉络不清晰。我们依循公理化的原则,通过对已有成果的归纳和演绎,总结、提炼出交易规则、信息形态、交易者结构、产品结构和学习模式五个核心概念,以这些概念为纽带把信息效率理论的庞杂内容纳入统一的分析框架,从而增强该理论的系统性,并对该理论发展的脉络做出更清晰的洞察。最后对该理论的发展趋势和未来的努力方向做出了评述。
[Abstract]:Because of its importance and foundation, market information efficiency has aroused the continuing research in academic circles, and a large number of achievements have emerged. But up to now, the efforts in systematization and construction are not enough, the system is loose and the context is not clear. In accordance with axiomatic principles, through the induction and deduction of existing achievements, we abstract five core concepts: trading rules, information form, trader structure, product structure and learning model. With these concepts as a link, the information efficiency theory is brought into the unified analytical framework, so as to enhance the systematization of the theory, and to make a clearer insight into the development of the theory. Finally, the development trend and future direction of the theory are reviewed.
