孟子“仁政”思想的经济学分析——基于委托代理的视角

【摘要】：孟子的"仁政"思想是一种从百姓的利益出发探讨人民和君王如何合作的理论。在这里,百姓作为委托人,政府作为代理人,百姓使政府按照其利益选择行动,百姓激励政府采取对其最有利的行动。孟子"仁政"思想的伟大在于既想到了统治者的需求,也想到了百姓的需求,并设计了双方合作方案的框架。其不足在于强烈的民本色彩使其对君王的"道德风险"(Moral Hazard)问题考虑比较多,而对现实生活中的其他"道德风险",如民众的"道德风险"问题,君王的代理人——官员的"道德风险"等考虑比较少。另外,孟子更多地从保护小农经济稳定的立场考虑问题,对科学技术的发展对劳动力时间成本的影响,时间的变化对于资源与人的矛盾的影响等考虑不够,这影响了"仁政"思想的可操作性。
[Abstract]:Meng Zi's thought of "benevolence" is a theory of how the people and the king cooperate from the interests of the people. Here, the people are the principal, the government is the agent, the people make the government choose the action according to their interests, the people encourage the government to take the most favorable action. The great idea of Meng Zi's "benevolence" is that it thinks of the rule. The needs of the people, and the needs of the people, and the design of the framework of the two sides of the cooperation scheme. Its shortage is that the strong people-oriented color makes it more consideration for the "moral hazard" (Moral Hazard) of the king, and other "moral risks" in real life, such as the "moral hazard" of the people, the agent of the king. In addition, Mencius considers more from the standpoint of protecting the economic stability of the small farmers, the influence of the development of science and technology on the labor time cost, the change of time and the influence of the contradiction between the resources and the human, which affects the operability of the thought of "benevolent government".
