影响技术创新活动的要素相关性研究

【摘要】：大多数学者通过分析技术创新投入与产出来表述技术创新的作用。区别于以往把专利要素作为投入指标的研究,把专利分为申请与授权,同时分属投入与产出要素,并以此为基础研究各要素间相互关系。研究发现,RD、专利与技术转让等技术创新要素不能全部作为内生变量使用。运用卡尔曼滤波的方法可以找到一种度量单一技术创新水平的指标,进而描述中国在经济发展过程中技术创新的演进路程,并证明目前中国的技术创新活动已经遇到了瓶颈。
[Abstract]:Most scholars express the function of technological innovation by analyzing the input and production of technological innovation. Different from the previous research on patent elements as input index, patent is divided into application and authorization, and they belong to input and output factors, and on this basis, the relationship between each factor is studied. It is found that RD, patent and technology transfer can not all be used as endogenous variables. By using Kalman filter method, we can find an index to measure the level of single technological innovation, and then describe the evolution of technological innovation in the process of economic development in China, and prove that China's technological innovation activities have encountered a bottleneck at present.
