基于模糊灰度的学科集群和产业集群协同创新能力评价方法研究

【摘要】：学科集群和产业集群的协同创新是保障区域经济可持续发展的重中之重。在充分分析学科集群和产业集群协同创新能力重要性的基础上,着重构造双集群协同创新能力评价指标体系,利用OWA算子集结多种权重确定方法实现评价指标的组合赋权,根据协同创新能力评价的不可定量性和不可知性提出利用语言标度与灰度相结合的评价标度进行评价,最后给出一种基于模糊灰度的双集群协同创新能力评价方法,充实了双集群协同创新能力评价理论体系。
[Abstract]:The synergy innovation between discipline cluster and industrial cluster is the most important to ensure the sustainable development of regional economy. On the basis of analyzing the importance of collaborative innovation ability of discipline cluster and industrial cluster, the evaluation index system of collaborative innovation ability of double cluster is constructed, and the combination weight of evaluation index is realized by means of OWA operator. According to the uncertainty and unknowability of the evaluation of collaborative innovation ability, this paper proposes an evaluation scale based on the combination of language scale and gray scale. At last, a method of evaluation of collaborative innovation ability of double clusters based on fuzzy gray scale is presented. It enriches the theoretical system of evaluation of collaborative innovation ability of two clusters.
