地缘经济时代的科技博弈

【摘要】：21世纪经济全球化的加速掩饰不了地缘经济博弈的零和色彩,尤其是大国之间在科技领域的较量越来越表面化。地缘经济时代的科技博弈主要表现在四个方面,即科技制高点博弈、信息技术博弈、情报监控博弈与人才资源博弈。较之于其他经济领域,科技博弈更有零和色彩,对此中国有必要未雨绸缪。
[Abstract]:The acceleration of economic globalization in the 21st century can not conceal the zero-sum color of geo-economic game, especially the competition between great powers in the field of science and technology is becoming more and more superficial. The game of science and technology in the geo-economic era is mainly manifested in four aspects, namely, the game of commanding point of science and technology, the game of information monitoring and the game of talent resources. Compared with other economic areas, science and technology game is more zero-sum color, this is necessary for China to prepare ahead of time.
