【摘要】:为满足我国日益增长的货物运输需求,同时也为了应对交通运输市场不断加剧的竞争,2006年铁道部提出建设新时期现代化的货运装车作业场所,即建设铁路大型装车点。铁路大型装车点的建设和规划,是铁路货运集中化的基础和核心,同时也是提高运输效率、提高货运生产管理水平、优化运力资源的重要途径。通过运用高智能装载设备和集约规模化的作业方式,铁路大型装车点在组织货物运输上具有很大优势,对推进铁路货运高效快速发展具有重要的现实意义。 论文首先给出本课题的研究意义、主要研究内容及研究方法,并对与课题相关的国内外文献进行了综述,在此基础上,对铁路货运集中化、铁路大型装车点选址问题进行相关界定,并详细阐述了与本课题相关的多目标规划理论以及一般选址模型常用方法,为后续研究提供理论基础。其次,分析铁路大型装车点选址的基本特征、内涵和模式结构,提出构建铁路大型装车点选址模型必须遵循的重要基本原则。同时,对铁路大型装车点的选址影响因素进行综合分析,在此基础上,,采用多目标规划法构建了铁路大型装车点选址模型。然后,通过算例分析以及运用Lingo优化软件对该选址模型进行求解,对该模型的可行性和有效性进行了验证。最后,对本课题的研究进行总结,意识到研究中的不足之处及有待进一步继续研究的问题。 研究结果表明:该选址模型能够从众多的铁路备选大型装车点中选择出最优的铁路大型装车点进行规划建设,并使得铁路大型装车点的改扩建费用、固定费用、可变费用之和达到总体最小,同时实现客户运输费用最小化。因此,选用此模型进行铁路大型装车点选址规划,不仅能够有效降低铁路企业建设大型装车点的总成本,而且可以有效提高铁路大型装车点布局规划的科学合理性,增加铁路货运的客户满意度,进一步推进铁路货运事业的高效快速发展。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the increasing demand of freight transportation in China, and to cope with the increasingly fierce competition in the transportation market, in 2006, the Ministry of Railways proposed the construction of a modern freight loading operation site in the new period. That is to say, the construction and planning of railway large loading points is the foundation and core of railway freight centralization, at the same time, it is also to improve the efficiency of transportation and improve the level of freight production management. Through the use of high intelligent loading equipment and intensive operation mode, large railway loading points have great advantages in organizing cargo transportation. It is of great practical significance to promote the efficient and rapid development of railway freight transport. Firstly, this paper gives the research significance, the main research content and research methods, and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature related to the topic, on the basis of this, the railway freight concentration. This paper defines the location problem of large railway loading points and elaborates the theory of multi-objective programming and the common methods of general location model related to this topic. It provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up study. This paper analyzes the basic characteristics, connotation and mode structure of the location selection of railway large loading points, and puts forward the important basic principles that must be followed in constructing the location model of railway large loading points. On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the location selection of railway large loading points, the location model of railway large loading points is constructed by using the multi-objective programming method. The feasibility and validity of the model are verified by example analysis and Lingo optimization software. Finally, the research on this topic is summarized. Aware of the shortcomings of the study and the problems that need to be further studied. The research results show that the model can select the optimal large railway loading points from many railway alternative large loading points and make the reconstruction and expansion costs of railway large loading points. The sum of fixed cost and variable cost reaches the total minimum, and the customer transportation cost is minimized. Therefore, this model is chosen to plan the location of railway large loading point. It not only can effectively reduce the total cost of railway enterprises to build large loading points, but also can effectively improve the scientific rationality of the layout planning of railway large loading points and increase the customer satisfaction of railway freight. We will further promote the rapid and efficient development of railway freight transport.
