广东省城市化与高速公路耦合发展研究

【摘要】:城市化是高速公路需求的基础,高速公路建设对提升城市区位优势、推进城市化进程具有重要作用,二者互相促进、相互依存。改革开放以来,随着国民经济快速、持续发展,广东省城市化水平位居全国前列。与此同时,到2012年底全省高速公路通车里程为5524公里,通车里程仅次于河南,位居全国第二,而且根据全省加快重要基础设施建设工作会议的统一部署,广东省高速公路发展迎来了新一轮的春天。在此背景下,辨明城市化与高速公路发展的内在关系,分析我省各地市城市化与高速公路的发展阶段,理清当前各地市城市化与高速公路发展重点,对于全省城市化和高速公路健康、可持续发展均具有重要作用。论文系统回顾国内外关于城市化和高速公路相关理论,重点从城市化概念、城市化特征、城市化测度、高速公路经济带、系统耦合五个角度阐述概括城市化和高速公路耦合理论基础;以城市化和高速公路相互关系为主题,分别从城市化对高速公路建设、高速公路建设对城市化等多个角度分析,重点揭示城市化与高速公路耦合发展的内在关系;回顾广东省城市化、高速公路发展历程,概况总结二者的发展特点。分析表明,广东省城市化和高速公路发展速度快,目前均具有一定的发展基础,但二者均存在区域发展不均衡的问题,对地市具体时点进行具体分析显得尤为重要;借鉴系统耦合相关研究成果的基础上,城市化从人口、经济、社会、空间4个角度,高速公路从基础设施、载运工具、运量水平3个方面,构建城市化与高速公路耦合发展指标体系及耦合协调判断标准;选取广东省2008-2012年样本数据,从发展水平、发展速度两个角度分析指标变化情况,量化广东省21地市2008-2012年城市化与高速公路耦合发展关系。研究表明,2008-2012年广东省城市化与高速公路指标呈现出稳定的上升势头,珠江三角洲2子系统多项指标位居前列。到2012年底,城市化与高速公路发展水平呈5个梯队,除汕头、珠海2市外,其余地市19地市高速公路发展水平均高于城市化或与城市化水平相当。而从耦合协调度来看,除潮州、茂名2市外,其余19地市2012年2子系统之间耦合发展态势良好,但不同地市其发展类型、需要重点关注对象不尽相同;针对2012年广东省21地市2子系统量化的发展水平和耦合协调关系,提出具体建议,以促进二者可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the basis of highway demand. Highway construction plays an important role in promoting urban location advantages and promoting urbanization process. The two promote each other and depend on each other. Since the reform and opening up. With the rapid and sustainable development of the national economy, the urbanization level of Guangdong Province ranks among the top in the country. At the same time, by end of 2012, the mileage of expressway in the whole province is 5 524 km, which is second only to Henan. Second in the country, and according to the unified arrangement of the provincial conference on speeding up the construction of important infrastructure, Guangdong expressway development ushered in a new round of spring. Identify the inherent relationship between urbanization and expressway development, analyze the urbanization and expressway development stages of each city in our province, and clarify the key points of urbanization and highway development in each prefecture and city at present. It plays an important role in urbanization and highway health and sustainable development of the province. This paper systematically reviews the related theories of urbanization and highway at home and abroad, focusing on the concept of urbanization, urbanization characteristics. The theory foundation of urbanization and expressway coupling is expounded from five angles of urbanization measure, expressway economic belt and system coupling. Taking the relationship between urbanization and expressway as the theme, this paper analyzes the relationship between urbanization and highway construction from several angles, such as urbanization to highway construction, highway construction to urbanization and so on. The internal relationship between urbanization and highway coupling development is revealed emphatically. This paper reviews the development course of urbanization and expressway in Guangdong Province, and summarizes their development characteristics. The analysis shows that the urbanization and highway development of Guangdong Province are fast, and both have a certain development foundation at present. However, both of them have the problem of unbalanced regional development, so it is particularly important to analyze the specific time points of prefectures and cities. Based on the research results of system coupling, urbanization is based on three aspects: population, economy, society and space, highway from infrastructure, transportation tools and transportation level. Constructing the index system of urbanization and expressway coupling development and judging standard of coupling coordination; Selected from 2008 to 2012 sample data of Guangdong Province, from the development level, development speed of two angles to analyze the change of indicators. This paper quantifies the relationship between urbanization and highway coupling development in 21 cities of Guangdong Province from 2008 to 2012. From 2008 to 2012, the index of urbanization and highway in Guangdong Province showed a steady upward trend, and many indexes of the two sub-systems of the Pearl River Delta were in the forefront. Until end of 2012. There are 5 echelons in urbanization and expressway development, except Shantou and Zhuhai two cities, the highway development level of 19 prefectures in other cities is higher than that of urbanization or is equivalent to urbanization level, but from the view of coupling coordination degree. Except Chaozhou and Maoming 2 cities, the coupling development situation between 2 subsystems in the other 19 cities in 2012 is good, but the development types of different cities need to focus on different objects; In 2012, according to the quantitative development level and coupling and coordination relationship of the two subsystems in 21 cities of Guangdong Province, some concrete suggestions were put forward to promote their sustainable development.
