晚清辽河航运研究(1840~1911)

【摘要】:航运即水上运输,是交通运输领域的重要组成部分,与社会经济发展和人民生活息息相关。辽河是东北南部重要的通航河流,航运历史悠久。晚清时期是辽河航运的快速发展时期,1861年营口开埠开埠以后,随着外国资本主义势力的侵入,古老的辽河航运发生了前所未有的变局。本文以辽河流域为研究区域,立足档案文献,分析晚清时期辽河航运的发展状况、航运网络的初步形成、航运与沿岸城镇带变迁关系、航道综合治理等问题,从中总结辽河航运的特点并对晚清时期辽河航运作出评价。本文由三个部分组成,具体内容如下:第一部分,主要论述营口开埠与辽河航运的繁盛。从营口开埠前辽河航运的发展状况、营口开埠后辽河航运网络的初步形成、辽河沿岸带状城市群的形成与发展三个方面阐述了营口开埠与辽河航运发展的关系,着重介绍了营口开埠以后辽河航运发展的盛况。第二部分,分析辽河航运衰落的原因,并论述清政府重振航运的努力。由于辽河航道淤塞、大连开港、铁路运输方式兴起等原因,20世纪初开始辽河航运走向衰落。面对辽河航运的种种问题,清政府致力于对辽河航道的治理,力图重振辽河航运。本文从辽河航道治理机构的建立及治理方案的出台、航道治理经费的多元筹措和主要航道治理工程及其效果方面论述清政府重振辽河航运的努力。第三部分,在准确论述史实的基础上,对辽河航运的特点进行归纳总结,并对晚清时期辽河航运作出评价。营口开埠以后,辽河航运发展进入了一个新的历史阶段,外国势力积极介入辽河航运事业,对晚清辽河航运发展产生了重要影响。这一时期,辽河航运的繁荣促进了东北地区商品经济的发展,加速了东北经济一体化进程,对近代东北地区的发展做出了重要贡献。
[Abstract]:Shipping, that is, water transportation, is an important part of the transportation field, which is closely related to the development of social economy and people's livelihood. Liaohe River is an important navigable river in the south of Northeast China. Shipping has a long history. The late Qing Dynasty was the period of rapid development of Liaohe River shipping. After Yingkou opened its port in 1861, with the invasion of foreign capitalist forces. The ancient Liaohe River Shipping has undergone unprecedented changes. This paper takes the Liaohe River Basin as the research area, based on the archival documents, analyzes the development of the Liaohe Shipping in the late Qing Dynasty and the initial formation of the shipping network. This paper summarizes the characteristics of Liaohe navigation and evaluates the Liaohe shipping in the late Qing Dynasty. This paper consists of three parts. The specific contents are as follows: the first part mainly discusses the prosperity of Yingkou port and Liaohe River shipping. From the development of Liaohe shipping before Yingkou Kaibu, the initial formation of Liaohe shipping network after Yingkou opening port. The formation and development of the Liaohe coastal zonal urban agglomeration expounds the relationship between the opening of Yingkou port and the development of the Liaohe River navigation, with emphasis on the development of Liaohe navigation after the opening of Yingkou port. The second part is about the development of Liaohe navigation. This paper analyzes the reasons for the decline of the Liaohe navigation, and discusses the efforts of the Qing government to revive the shipping, such as the blockage of the Liaohe waterway, the opening of Dalian port, the rise of the railway transportation mode, and so on. In 20th century, the Liaohe navigation began to decline. In the face of various problems of Liaohe navigation, the Qing government devoted itself to the governance of the Liaohe waterway. Try to revive the Liaohe navigation. This paper from the Liaohe waterway management institutions and the introduction of governance programs. The paper discusses the efforts of the Qing government to revive the Liaohe navigation in the aspects of the multi-financing of waterway management funds and the main waterway regulation engineering and its effect. The third part, on the basis of accurately discussing the historical facts. The characteristics of Liaohe shipping were summarized, and the Liaohe shipping in the late Qing Dynasty was evaluated. After the opening of Yingkou port, the development of Liaohe navigation entered a new historical stage, and foreign forces actively involved in the Liaohe shipping industry. During this period, the prosperity of Liaohe shipping promoted the development of commodity economy in Northeast China and accelerated the process of economic integration in Northeast China. It has made important contributions to the development of modern Northeast China.
