高铁时代我国低成本航空模式的实施研究

【摘要】:低成本航空模式在世界范围内已经有40余年的发展历史,已经逐渐形成一套成功有效地运营模式,这套模式随着时代的发展也在不断演变。在中国低成本航空起步较晚,我国低成本航空的市场份额与发达国家相比仍处于较低水平,随着我国空域政策的不断开放,航空管制的不断解绑,中国的航空公司竞争格局也正在渐渐形成,低成本航空在未来还会有很大的发展空间。 近些年来,随着我国高铁网络的不断建设,航空公司不但要面对同行业竞争对手的威胁,还需要应对来自高铁方面的竞争。在高铁沿线的航班运营方面,各个航空公司都受到了不同程度的影响,一些航空公司选择通过减少运力投放或退出航线运营等方式避面与高铁发生正面交锋。但随着高铁网络覆盖面积的快速增加,很多曾经的黄金航线市场都会被高铁线路抢占,我国航空公司必须寻找行之有效的突破口。根据国外发达国家的经验,低成本航空公司可以在高铁竞争下仍然保持较高的盈利水平,发展低成本航空也成为我国民航领域的一种新的选择。 本文首先通过时间价值经济模型,对旅客选择出行工具的各个因素进行了详细分析。然后通过对低成本航空的发展历程以及美国西南航空的发展模式进行了分析,总结了发达国家低成本航空的一些发展经验。之后又分析了国际上一些高铁建设较为发达地区的航空高铁竞争情况,借鉴国外发展经验总结方法。最后通过SWOT分析法,对我国低成本航空的发展战略做出了规划。本论文对于我国低成本航空公司和同行业其他航空公司都有着借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Low-cost aviation model in the world has more than 40 years of development history, has gradually formed a set of successful and effective operation model. This model is evolving with the development of the times. In China, low-cost aviation started late, the market share of low-cost aviation in China is still at a low level compared with developed countries. With the continuous opening of the airspace policy and the untying of the air traffic control, the competition pattern of Chinese airlines is gradually formed, and there will be a lot of space for the development of low-cost airlines in the future. In recent years, with the continuous construction of high-speed rail network in China, airlines have to face not only the threat from competitors in the same industry, but also the competition from high-speed rail. The airlines have been affected to varying degrees. Some airlines choose to avoid direct confrontation with high-speed rail by reducing capacity delivery or withdrawing from airline operations. But with the rapid increase of high-speed rail network coverage. Many of the gold routes will be preempted by high-speed rail lines, Chinese airlines must find an effective breakthrough. According to the experience of foreign developed countries. Low-cost airlines can still maintain a high profit level under the competition of high-speed rail, and the development of low-cost airlines has become a new choice in the field of civil aviation in China. First of all, this paper uses the time value economic model. The factors of passengers choosing travel tools are analyzed in detail. Then the development process of low-cost aviation and the development model of Southwest Airlines are analyzed. This paper summarizes some development experiences of low-cost aviation in developed countries, and then analyzes the competition of some international high-speed railway construction areas in more developed areas. To learn from the experience of foreign development methods. Finally, through the SWOT analysis. The development strategy of our country's low-cost aviation is planned. This paper has reference significance for our country's low-cost airlines and other airlines of the same industry.
