【摘要】：正构建以首都为中心、控御海内的水陆交通系统,既是实现国家政治意志、弥补地理区位劣势的先决条件,又是定都之后继续巩固城市政治地位的强大推动力。北京的城市变迁尤其是近千年来从北方军事重镇走向全国首都的历程表明,交通是影响城市发展的关键因素之一。古代交通环境决定着北京原始聚落与早期城邑的选址,上升为国都之后的北京又因为自身独一无二的政治优势,获得了国家力量保障之下的经济、军事支撑。
[Abstract]:It is a prerequisite to realize the political will of the country and make up for the disadvantage of geographical location to construct a land and water transportation system with the capital as the center and to control the land and water transportation system inside the sea.
