【摘要】:港口一直以来都是政府大力扶持的重点行业,对地区经济和城市发展具有极大的推动作用。本文以深圳C港务公司(后简称C港务公司)为研究对象,在当前国际经济持续低迷和珠三角地区港口行业竞争愈加激烈的背景下,以解决如何走出企业经营困境这一实际问题为目的,采用了研究调查文献、定性和定量的研究、理论与实践相结合的分析方法,研究C港务公司的发展战略问题。主要研究内容包括以下几个方面: 第一部分是提出问题、介绍研究背景;第二部分对港口和企业发展战略相关研究的理论和方法进行综述;第三部分是分析企业的外部宏观环境和行业环境:第四部分是对企业内部环境进行分析;第五部分是对企业内外部环境进行的评价和战略选择;第六部分是确立企业总体战略、制定职能战略措施;第七部分是对研究进行的总结。 本文的研究重点是:通过对C港务公司所面临的内外部环境因素进行梳理,使用EFE-IFE、SWOT和QSPM等模型工具进行分析,将企业所面对的复杂环境简单化、数据化,最终帮助企业确定了“增长型发展战略”;通过设计企业的发展战略目标及目标体系,从组织管理、市场管理、人力资源管理、企业文化、技术管理和财务管理六个方面的职能匹配战略做出了规划,达到保证企业顺利发展的目的。
[Abstract]:Port has always been a key industry supported by the government, which has a great role in promoting regional economy and urban development. This paper takes Shenzhen C Port Company (later referred to as C Port Company) as the research object. In the current international economic downturn and the increasingly fierce competition of the port industry in the Pearl River Delta region, in order to solve the practical problem of how to get out of the plight of enterprise management, the research literature has been adopted. Qualitative and quantitative research, analytical method combining theory with practice, research on the development strategy of C Port Company. The main research contents include the following aspects: The first part is to raise questions and introduce the research background. The second part summarizes the theories and methods of port and enterprise development strategy. The third part is to analyze the external macro environment and the industry environment of the enterprise: part 4th is to analyze the internal environment of the enterprise; Part 5th is the evaluation and strategic choice of the internal and external environment of the enterprise; The 6th part is to establish the overall strategy of the enterprise and formulate the measures of the function strategy; Part 7th is a summary of the research. The research focus of this paper is: through combing the internal and external environmental factors faced by C Port Company, using EFE-IFE SWOT and QSPM model tools to analyze. The complex environment faced by the enterprise is simplified and digitalized, which ultimately helps the enterprise to determine the "growth development strategy"; Through the design of the enterprise development strategy goals and objectives system, from organizational management, market management, human resources management, corporate culture, technology management and financial management of six aspects of the functional matching strategy. To ensure the smooth development of enterprises.
