神华货车公司“五型”企业考核研究

【摘要】:五型企业的建设是神华集团公司落实党的十六届五中全会精神,创新发展模式、提高发展质量的一个重大举措;是神华集团公司深入落实科学发展观,坚定走新型工业化道路的重要实践;是全面提升神华集团核心竞争力,建成具有国际竞争力的特大型能源企业的基本途径;是神华集团实现持续、协调发展,增强中央企业的控制力、影响力和带动力的具体要求。中国神华铁路货车运输分公司根据神华集团公司关于“五型企业”建设的总体工作部署,结合公司的实际,按照“一年起步、两年成型”的总体工作思路,确定“五型企业”创建标准和考核评价体系,坚持公司及所属各单位同步推进,考核评价与挂钩兑现同步进行,切实将“五型企业”建设作为企业管理基础建设的主线条,经过两年的实践,使公司全面步入“五型企业”发展轨道,逐步实现建成“五型企业”的基本目标。为进一步夯实公司基础管理工作,完善和优化管理、考核机制,全面提升企业的整体素质和管理水平,确保公司各项经营指标的实现。
[Abstract]:The construction of five-type enterprises is an important measure for Shenhua Group to implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary session of the 16 CPC Central Committee, to innovate the development model and to improve the quality of development. It is an important practice for Shenhua Group Company to carry out the scientific development concept and firmly follow the road of new industrialization. It is the basic way to improve the core competence of Shenhua Group and build a super large energy enterprise with international competitiveness. It is Shenhua Group to achieve sustainable, coordinated development and enhance the control of central enterprises. China Shenhua Railway Freight Transport Branch according to the overall work plan of "five type enterprise" construction of Shenhua Group Company, according to the actual situation of the company, according to "one year start." The overall working idea of "two years forming", the establishment standard and appraisal system of "five type enterprises" are determined, and the company and its subordinate units are pushed forward synchronously, and the appraisal and appraisal are carried out synchronously with the hooks. Taking the construction of "five-type enterprise" as the main line of enterprise management infrastructure construction, after two years of practice, the company has stepped into the development track of "five-type enterprise" in an all-round way.
