宁波—舟山港口一体化背景下甬舟公司发展战略SWOT分析与对策建议

【摘要】:宁波一舟山港区域是我国港口资源最优秀和最丰富的地区,两港处于同一海域、使用统一的航道和锚地、拥有相同的经济腹地,在自然属性上属于一个港口,由于行政区划和管理体制的原因,被分割成为两个港口。长期以来,由于宁波、舟山在规划和发展上各自为战,缺乏统一的认识,由此带来了许多问题,如港口海域总体发展的不平衡、港口在功能定位上的重复、部分岸线开发利用不合理等。这已经使得宁波、舟山两个港口的发展遭遇‘瓶颈’。在此背景下,推进宁波—舟山港的一体化发展成为了大势所趋。2006年1月1日起,“宁波—舟山港”正式启用,这标志着酝酿多年的‘宁波—舟山港’一体化取得突破性进展。2010年7月25日大浦口码头正式投产试运行,码头的启用标志着宁波港的资金和管理优势与舟山的深水岸线优势充分、有机地结合在一起。通过推进两港一体化的发展,明确了功能定位,避免了内耗,进一步优化港口功能结构和总体布局,从而达到有序开发和合理整合港口资源的目的。今后,宁波港、舟山港以“宁波—舟山港”统一形象参与国际、国内航运市场的竞争与合作,规模经济效益可以得到更充分地发挥,竞争能力也将得到显著提高。 本论文以宁波—舟山港一体化发展为重点研究对象,以甬舟公司为代表,着重探讨了两港一体化下港口企业的发展战略,并提出了相应的战略措施。本文主要工作有: (1)依据长江三角洲地区经济以及港口分布情况,结合国内外港口一体化的相关研究,探讨宁波—舟山港口一体化发展的必要性和重要性,并绘制了课题技术路线。 (2)开展了港口物流与腹地经济、企业发展战略与战略管理的相关理论研究。为进一步分析宁波—舟山港口一体化提供理论依据。 (3)分析了宁波—舟山港口现状,结合两港一体化的现状,结合两港一体化发展的总体规划,分析了两港一体化的形式和策略。 (4)介绍了宁波—舟山港一体化示范点——甬舟集装箱码头有限公司的发展过程以及现状和基本情况。 (5)从优势因素、劣势因素、机会因素、威胁因素,对宁波一舟山港口一体化背景下,甬舟公司发展战略的内部条件和外部环境进行了SWOT分析。 (6)提出了甬舟公司发展战略的内部因素综合评价矩阵模型和外部因素评价矩阵模型。提出了公司的战略目标、分阶段发展目标,以及战略实施的对策与建议。 (7)对全文进行总结,对两港一体化及甬舟公司的未来发展进行了设想。
[Abstract]:Ningbo Yizhoushan Port region is the most excellent and abundant area of port resources in our country. The two ports are in the same sea area, use a unified channel and Anchorage, have the same economic hinterland, belong to a port in the nature attribute. Because of the reason of administrative division and management system, it has been divided into two ports. For a long time, Ningbo and Zhoushan have been fighting in their own way in planning and development, and lack of unified understanding, which has brought many problems. Such as the overall development of the port and sea area imbalance, the port in the functional positioning duplication, part of the coastline development and utilization unreasonable. This has made the development of Ningbo, Zhoushan two ports encountered 'bottleneck. In this context. To promote the integration of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port has become the trend of the times. Since January 1st 2006, "Ningbo-Zhoushan Port" has been officially opened. This marks a breakthrough in the integration of 'Ningbo-Zhoushan Port', which has been brewing for many years. In July 25th 2010, the Dapukou Port was put into operation in a trial operation. The opening of the terminal indicates that Ningbo port's capital and management advantages are fully combined with Zhoushan's deep waterfront line. By promoting the development of the integration of the two ports, the function positioning is clear and internal friction is avoided. Further optimize the function structure and overall layout of the port, so as to achieve the purpose of orderly development and rational integration of port resources. In the future, Ningbo Port and Zhoushan Port will participate in the world with the unified image of "Ningbo-Zhoushan Port". The competition and cooperation in domestic shipping market can give full play to the scale economic benefits and the competitive power will be improved significantly. In this paper, Ningbo-Zhoushan port integration development as the focus of research object, with Yongzhou company as a representative, focusing on the integration of the two ports port enterprises under the development strategy. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) on the basis of the economic and port distribution in the Yangtze River Delta, the necessity and importance of Ningbo-Zhoushan port integration development are discussed in combination with the relevant studies of port integration at home and abroad. And draw the technical route of the subject. 2) the related theoretical research on port logistics and hinterland economy, enterprise development strategy and strategic management is carried out, which provides theoretical basis for further analysis of Ningbo-Zhoushan port integration. This paper analyzes the present situation of Ningbo-Zhoushan port, the present situation of the integration of the two ports, and the general plan of the development of the integration of the two ports, and analyzes the forms and strategies of the integration of the two ports. This paper introduces the development process, present situation and basic situation of Ningbo Zhoushan Port Integrated demonstration site-Yongzhou Container Terminal Co., Ltd. In this paper, the internal conditions and external environment of Ningbo Yizhoushan port integration are analyzed by SWOT under the background of advantage factor, inferior factor, opportunity factor and threat factor. This paper puts forward the comprehensive evaluation matrix model of internal factors and external factors evaluation matrix model of the development strategy of Yongzhou Company, and puts forward the strategic objectives of the company and the development objectives in stages. And the strategy implementation countermeasure and suggestion. Finally, the paper summarizes the integration of the two ports and the future development of Yongzhou Company.
