不定期船运输短期租船机会选择问题研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的不断发展,各国之间的贸易往来日益密切,运输业则为国际贸易的顺利进行提供了便利条件,其中,水路运输以其运输量大、单位运输成本低的特点,在国际贸易中扮演着重要角色,海上运输承担了85%以上的国际贸易货运量,而其中不定期船运输占据着大部分的市场份额。本文的研究目的是帮助航运企业对不定期船运输市场中数量众多、租船方式各异的租船机会进行筛选,在航运企业运营能力下,帮助公司获得最大的经济利益,提高航运企业的经营决策水平。由于不定期船运输中需要考虑的因素比较复杂,包括航次租船租船机会中货物的装卸货港口的位置与装卸货时间,期租租船机会中交、还船港口的位置与交、还船时间以及所经营船舶在各时刻所处的位置,为了便于对各方面因素进行表示,本文应用时空网络协助租船机会选择模型的构建。本文建立了不定期船运输市场中短期租船机会选择模型,由于所研究的问题主要是针对操作层面的短期规划问题,因此,模型中所考虑的租船方式主要包括航次租船、短期期租租船以及航次期租租船。该模型考虑了不同租船方式对于运力占用以及成本划分的区别,以在规划期内获得最大利润为目标。文章最后以某一经营不定期船运输的航运企业为例,进行了算例分析,结果表明,通过该方法能够指导航运企业对市场中的租船机会进行选择,使航运企业获得更为丰厚的利润。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economic globalization, the trade between countries is getting closer and closer. The transportation industry provides convenient conditions for the smooth development of international trade. Among them, waterway transportation is characterized by its large volume of transport and low unit transport cost. It plays an important role in international trade. Maritime transport has taken on more than 85% international trade freight. The research purpose of this paper is to help shipping enterprises to screen the opportunity of charter ships with large quantity and different chartering methods in the market of indefinite ship transportation, and under the operation ability of shipping enterprises, the purpose of this paper is to help the shipping enterprises to select the opportunity of chartering vessels in the market of non-scheduled vessel transportation in a large number and in different ways. To help the company obtain the maximum economic benefits and improve the management and decision-making level of shipping enterprises. Because of the complexity of the factors to be considered in irregular shipping, Including the position and time of loading and unloading of cargo at the port of loading and unloading of the cargo in the voyage charter opportunity, the place and delivery of the port of return, the time of return and the position of the ship under operation at all times, In order to express the various factors, this paper applies space-time network to construct the model of chartering opportunity selection. In this paper, a short-term charter opportunity selection model in the market of indefinite ship transportation is established. Because the problems studied are mainly short-term planning problems at the operational level, the chartering methods considered in the model mainly include voyage chartering. Short-term chartering and voyage chartering. The model takes into account the differences between different chartering methods for capacity occupancy and cost sharing. In order to obtain the maximum profit in the planning period, the paper takes a shipping enterprise operating in irregular shipping as an example, and the result shows that, Through this method, shipping enterprises can be guided to choose the opportunity of chartering in the market, and the shipping enterprises can gain more profits.
