沿海客滚船车辆路径优化研究

【摘要】:本文介绍了客滚船的概念及其发展,未来其很有可能替代中短途客船业务。但是在资料收集后发现如今客滚船装卸车辆时随意性比较大,国内大多数港口,尤其以渡船为主的港口装卸车辆时通常就是“来车即上”,情况较为复杂。本文建立了通用的环境模型,并验证了蚁群算法在客滚船车辆路径优化中的可行性。然后针对某沿海客滚船车辆甲板进行统筹安排装载路径,将蚁群算法对此船进行实船应用。蚁群算法是一种有效地解决路径优化问题的仿生算法,具有优异的性能。并且还引用栅格法来对车辆甲板建立环境模型,使得计算更加简洁方便。最后为了增加算法精确度,采用了二重蚁群算法。 其次,客滚船事故频繁也引起了相当的关注,所以对于其中的一个约束条件,系固安全问题,本文也根据DNV规范进行了详细的校核验证。采用CSS附则13的方法建立了系固核算的数学模型,对绑扎件的强度安全进行了校核。 最后,应用VC++编程技术开发了车辆路径优化程序,车位布置程序以及车辆系固核算系统的程序。路径优化程序中能够读取车辆甲板车位布置的CAD图,根据栅格法建立的环境模型对车位编号,选择算法参数来适应较多复杂的情况。系固核算程序中采用ADO的数据库,建立了船舶、车辆、绑扎件以及系固校核结果的信息表,摆脱了DNV手册中过于繁琐的表格校核方式,更加灵活方便。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the concept and development of Ro-Ro passenger ship, which is likely to replace short-haul passenger ship business in the future. However, after collecting the data, it is found that the Ro-Ro passenger ship is quite random in loading and unloading vehicles, and most ports in China. In particular, when loading and unloading vehicles in ports, which are mainly ferries, the situation is more complicated. In this paper, a general environmental model is established. The feasibility of the ant colony algorithm in the vehicle routing optimization of a passenger ro / ro ship is verified. Then the loading path is arranged as a whole for the deck of a passenger ro / ro ship along the coast. The ant colony algorithm is an effective bionic algorithm to solve the path optimization problem, and it has excellent performance. The grid method is also used to build the environmental model of the vehicle deck. In order to increase the accuracy of the algorithm, a double ant colony algorithm is used. Secondly, frequent passenger ro / ro accidents have also aroused considerable concern, so for one of the constraints, fastening safety issues, The mathematical model of fastening accounting is established by using the method of CSS Annex 13, and the strength safety of binding parts is checked. Finally, the program of vehicle path optimization, parking space layout and vehicle fastening accounting system is developed by using VC programming technology. The CAD diagram of vehicle deck parking space layout can be read in the path optimization program. According to the environmental model established by the grid method, the parking lot number is selected and the parameters of the algorithm are selected to adapt to the more complicated situation. The database of ADO is used in the fastening accounting program, and the information table of ship, vehicle, binding and checking results is established. Get rid of the DNV manual too cumbersome form checking, more flexible and convenient.
