高铁背景下河南省铁路交通可达性与经济潜力格局

【摘要】:高速铁路的出现极大改善了城市之间的交通可达性,缩小了城市之间的时空距离。笔者基于12306网站提供的列车运行时刻数据,在改进城市之间换乘最短时间算法的基础上,从2007年、2010年和2013年三个时间断面测算了河南省17个地级市的铁路交通可达性和经济潜力,对比在高铁背景下,分析有高铁城市与无高铁城市、有高铁城市之间的交通可达性和经济潜力的时空规律。研究结果表明:(1)高铁的出现加剧了有高铁城市和无高铁城市的交通可达性与经济潜力的差距,而在有高铁的城市之间这种差距在减小;(2)在高铁网未完善的前提下,"高铁+"成为新的出行选项;(3)经济潜力值较大的城市多分布于中原城市群范围内;(4)城市可达性和经济潜力受到铁路运营行为的诸多影响。
[Abstract]:The emergence of high-speed railway has greatly improved the accessibility of traffic between cities and reduced the space-time distance between cities. Based on the data of train running time provided by 12306 website, the author improves the algorithm of the shortest time of transfer between cities. From 2007, 2010 and 2013, the paper calculates the accessibility and economic potential of railway traffic in 17 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province. Under the background of high-speed rail, the paper analyzes the cities with and without high-speed rail. The space-time law of traffic accessibility and economic potential between high-speed rail cities. The results show that the emergence of high-speed rail has exacerbated the gap between the accessibility and economic potential of cities with and without high-speed rail. Under the premise of imperfect high-speed rail network, "high-speed rail" has become a new travel option. (3) cities with high economic potential are mostly distributed in the Central Plains urban agglomeration. Sex and economic potential are influenced by railway operation behavior.
