港口竞争格局中日照港口的发展研究

【摘要】:港口不仅是重要的交通设施,还是港口城市和经济腹地的重要经济增长极。日照港是中国沿海港口的后起之秀,凭借良好的港口条件和区位优势,吞吐量连年上升,2006年已破2亿吨,目前是中国吞吐量10大港口之一。伴随着山东半岛蓝色经济圈和鲁南经济带等相关区域政策的提出和实施,,日照港作为其腹地经济带的对外开放窗口,起到越来越重要的作用。但日照港周围港口密集,货种与周围港口的货种类似,随着港口自身的发展,与周边港口的竞争也越来越明显。日照港想要抓住机遇、持续发展和不断壮大,就要认清目前的竞争状态和自己港口的优、劣势和机遇、挑战,结合自身优势与周边错位发展,才能使港口得到可持续发展。 本文从港口竞争的角度对日照港口的未来发展做探讨,首先对港口竞争的背景、问题、概念和理论进行阐述,接着分别分析了日照港及邻近港口的发展竞争状况,运用因子分析法和SWOT分析法对港口的竞争进行分析,并在此基础上得出日照港发展的优、劣势及面对的机遇、挑战。 本文运用因子分析法在全国15个港口的比较下对日照港竞争力进行评价分析。首先明确竞争指标体系后建立竞争指标体系,其次根据指标尽可能的搜集相关可行性的数据,然后运用SPSS18软件采用因子分析法对数据进行降维、提取因子处理,从而对日照港口的竞争力做出定量评价,结果显示:青岛港口的竞争力以绝对的优势领先另两个港口,属于第三港口层次,而日照港口和连云港港口的竞争力相比较弱且这两个港口的实力相当,属于第七港口层次,最后结合这一现实情况,对得出的评价结果进行更深度和进一步的原因分析。 文章的结论部分是根据日照港发展的SWOT分析和因子结果分析,提出日照港口的发展策略,从港口竞争合作的角度提出日照港的“双协调”发展策略。所谓“双协调”就是一方面把港城看作一个系统整体,提出日照港的发展要注重港城互动,形成“以港兴城,城兴促港”的良性发展模式,即港城协调;另一方面是从港口间的竞争发展角度上,提出日照港发展要与相邻港口的错位发展,港口发展要走可持续发展的道路,从而实现港口的有效合作和良性竞争,也就是港口间的协调发展。
[Abstract]:Ports are not only important transportation facilities, but also important economic growth poles for port cities and economic hinterlands. Rizhao Port is a rising star of China's coastal ports, relying on good port conditions and geographical advantages. The throughput has risen year after year, and in 2006 it has broken through 200 million tons. At present, it is one of the top 10 ports in China. With the development and implementation of the relevant regional policies, such as the blue economic circle of Shandong Peninsula and the southern Shandong economic belt, Rizhao Port, as the opening window of its hinterland economic belt, plays a more and more important role. However, the port around Rizhao Port is dense, and the cargo type is similar to that of the surrounding port. With the development of the port itself, The competition with the surrounding ports is also becoming more and more obvious. If Rizhao Port wants to seize the opportunity, continue to develop and grow, it must recognize the current competitive state and the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of its own port, and combine its own advantages with the dislocated development around it. In order to make the port sustainable development. This paper discusses the future development of Rizhao port from the point of view of port competition. Firstly, the background, problems, concepts and theories of port competition are expounded, and then the development and competition situation of Rizhao port and its neighboring ports are analyzed respectively. Based on the analysis of port competition by factor analysis and SWOT analysis, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges faced by Rizhao Port are obtained. In this paper, the competitiveness of Rizhao Port is evaluated and analyzed by factor analysis under the comparison of 15 ports in China. Firstly, a competition index system is established after a clear competition index system, and then, according to the index, the relevant feasibility data are collected as much as possible. Then the SPSS18 software is used to reduce the dimension of the data and extract the factors to evaluate the competitiveness of Rizhao port quantitatively. The results show that the competitiveness of Qingdao Port is ahead of the other two ports by absolute advantage. It belongs to the third port level, but the Rizhao port and Lianyungang port are relatively weak in competitiveness and the strength of these two ports is comparable, belonging to the 7th port level. Finally, combining this reality, The evaluation results are analyzed in depth and further reasons. The conclusion of the paper is based on the SWOT analysis and factor analysis of Rizhao Port development, and puts forward the development strategy of Rizhao Port. From the point of view of port competition and cooperation, this paper puts forward the development strategy of "double coordination" of Rizhao Port. The so-called "double coordination" means that on the one hand, the port city should be regarded as a whole, and that the development of Rizhao Port should pay attention to the interaction between the port and the city so as to form "rejuvenate the city with Hong Kong." On the other hand, from the angle of the development of competition between ports, it is pointed out that the development of Rizhao Port should be misplaced with the development of neighboring ports, and the port development should follow the road of sustainable development. So as to realize the effective cooperation and healthy competition between ports, that is, the coordinated development between ports.
