泛媒体时代下我国地铁运营的公共关系危机管理研究

【摘要】:随着科学技术以及社会经济的飞速发展,各种公共关系危机事件在世界范围内发生的频率越来越高,我国也不例外,越来越多的公共关系危机事件严重威胁着我国经济的发展、社会的和谐以及社会主义现代化建设事业。我国政府高度重视危机管理,各种研究机构也展开相关研究。但毕竟我国起步较晚,很多领域尚未涉足或涉足不深。 在交通运输领域,作为一个城市现代化的标志,地铁在国内很多城市已经兴建并以其安全、便捷、舒适的特点深受老百姓喜爱。然而,地铁自身的特性决定了地铁领域的公共关系危机管理相对于公路铁路等常规交通运输方式既有共性也有不同。除此之外,由于当今网络以及媒体等信息技术的高度发达,在发生危机后,人们对危机的关注程度会进一步提高,这将增加公共关系危机发生的概率。 本文选取地铁作为研究角度,探讨并分析在当今泛媒体时代下地铁行业发生的公共关系危机状况并提出对策及建议。本文首先阐述公共关系危机管理相关理论以及风险社会理论作为理论等基础。其次以西安地铁相关文件中的制度以及实例分析地铁公共关系危机管理状况,然后结合分析国内外交通领域公共关系危机管理实例,最后提出中国地铁行业在泛媒体时代下公共关系危机管理的对策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and social economy, the frequency of various public relations crisis events in the world is higher and higher, China is no exception, more and more public relations crisis events seriously threaten the economic development of our country. Our government attaches great importance to crisis management, and all kinds of research institutions also carry out related research. But after all, our country started relatively late, and many fields have not been involved in or deep. In the field of transportation, as a symbol of the modernization of a city, subway has been built in many cities in China and is loved by the common people with its characteristics of safety, convenience and comfort. The characteristic of subway itself determines that the crisis management of public relations in subway field has both commonness and difference compared with conventional transportation modes such as highway and railway. In addition, because of the high development of information technology such as network and media nowadays, After the crisis, people will pay more attention to the crisis, which will increase the probability of public relations crisis. This article selects the subway as the research angle, This paper discusses and analyzes the situation of the public relations crisis in the subway industry in the pan-media era, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. Firstly, this paper expounds the theory of public relations crisis management and the theory of risk society as the basis of the theory. Second, we analyze the crisis management situation of subway public relations with the system and examples in the relevant documents of Xi'an Metro. Then it analyzes the case of public relations crisis management in the field of transportation at home and abroad, and finally puts forward the countermeasures of public relations crisis management in the pan-media era in China's subway industry.
