专业汽车滚装码头发展研究

【摘要】：近年来，随着我国国民经济的高速发展，汽车产业作为国家工业的支柱性产业也得到了迅猛的提升，而与其相适应的汽车物流业也呈现出规模化、多样化的发展趋势。汽车滚装海运业以其快捷灵活、价格低廉、安全环保等优势，越来越多地成为众多汽车厂商整车运输的首选方式，汽车海运业在整车运输量中所占的比重不断增加。随着物流行业分工细致化、专业化的发展趋势，我国各港口先后都建成了具有专业化作业标准和堆场设施的汽车滚装码头。在我国加入WTO后，汽车外贸进出口需求量猛增，各个码头之间竞争也将愈加激烈，如何在众多的同类港口中脱颖而出占据领导地位，成为各港口的关注焦点。现代化的专业滚装码头作为汽车海运物流链中一个重要的节点，其功能已由传统的装卸、存放货物向着集运输、通关、商检、VPC服务等一整套综合物流服务业务方向发展。现代化的码头不但要在提高码头人员专业化水平、规范操作流程、合理利用场地提高作业效率等方面继续做出不懈努力，在如何快速发展港口物流服务业，提升港口品牌价值，满足高速发展的汽车海运业务的增长需求也成为各家滚装码头重点的研究对象。本文主要以专业滚装码头传统功能的提升和港口物流业今后的发展方向为研究对象。具体内容包括：首先，通过对现阶段国内外知名汽车滚装码头的简要介绍，了解各码头在人员安排、作业流程、堆场设计、物流业务发展、码头增值服务项目等方面的情况。其次，结合作者自身的工作经验，对天津港滚装码头自筹建以来至今这几年的发展历程和现阶段生产经营情况进行较全面的介绍。最后，通过SWOT模型对天津港滚装码头现有情况进行分析，并与其他汽车滚装码头进行对比，，明确自身的优势和不足。通过与世界先进滚装码头的对比发现现阶段存在的问题、预测港口未来发展可能遇到的瓶颈，并通过自身在汽车滚装行业多年的工作经验尝试提出可行的解决方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years , with the rapid development of our national economy , the automobile industry has been promoted rapidly as the pillar industry of the national industry , and its corresponding automobile logistics industry has become the first choice for the transportation of many automobile manufacturers . This paper mainly focuses on the improvement of the traditional function of the professional roll - up dock and the development direction of port logistics industry in the future . First , through the brief introduction to the domestic and foreign famous automobile roll - in dock , the situation of each terminal in personnel arrangement , operation flow , yard design , logistics business development , terminal value - added service project , etc . Secondly , according to the author ' s own work experience , the development course of Tianjin Port Ro - Ro Terminal since its establishment and the current production and operation situation have been introduced in a comprehensive way . Finally , the present situation of the Tianjin Port Ro - Ro terminal is analyzed by the SWOT model , and the advantages and disadvantages are clear . Through the comparison with the world advanced roller dock , the problems existing in the present stage are found , the bottleneck of the future development of the port is forecasted , and a feasible solution is put forward through the experience in auto - rolling industry for many years .
