基于扎根理论的城市居民绿色出行影响因素分析

【摘要】：文章通过半结构性访谈采访了居住在北京的46位已经购买了机动车的出行者,了解其家庭基本结构、汽车使用情况、出行方式、对现有政策的看法、健康以及环保意识,依据扎根理论并借助NVIVO质性分析软件对访谈内容进行编码和分析,构建了城市居民绿色出行的影响因素分析框架,从内在和外在两方面来解释居民的绿色出行意愿、绿色出行频率和绿色出行方式选择。该框架可推广到与北京具有同等规模的城市居民绿色出行行为研究中。研究结论不仅能够帮助绿色出行相关产业的企业管理者更有针对性地进行绿色产品营销,也为政府如何更好地引导城市居民绿色出行提供了具有参考价值的建议。
[Abstract]:Through semi-structured interviews, the article interviewed 46 travelers who had purchased motor vehicles in Beijing to learn about their basic family structure, car use, travel patterns, views on existing policies, health and environmental awareness. Based on the rooted theory and NVIVO qualitative analysis software to code and analyze the contents of the interview, this paper constructs the analysis framework of the influencing factors of urban residents' green travel, and explains the residents' green travel intention from both internal and external aspects. The framework can be extended to the study of green travel behavior of urban residents with the same scale as Beijing. The conclusion of the research can not only help the enterprise management of green trip related industries. More targeted marketing of green products, It also provides a valuable reference for the government to guide urban residents to travel green.
