大连港集装箱内陆疏运网络优化研究

【摘要】:随着大连东北亚国际航运中心的建设,大连港的地位在东北地区越来越重要,随之大连港的吞吐量也会有大幅度的增加,但是目前大连港在东北地区的集疏运网络存在一定的问题,为了确保大连东北亚国际航运中心的地位并发挥其功能,必须对大连港的集疏运网络进行优化。由于大连港集疏运网络庞大繁杂本文只对大连港的内陆集装箱集疏运网络进行优化。 本文首先定性分析了大连港优化其集装箱集疏运网络的必要性,指出现在的集疏运网络已经不能满足把大连建设成为东北亚国际航运中心的需要。进而通过分析集装箱运输网络组成、大连港的区位优势、大连港集疏运现状,指出大连港集装箱集疏运系统发展存在的具体问题;再用灰色预测、指数回归预测和组合预测对大连港的集装箱吞吐量进行预测,得出在在未来5年内大连港的集装箱吞吐量会大幅度增加,进而定性的确定大连港要进行集装箱集疏运网络优化的必要性;对于集装箱集疏运网络的优化分为集装箱中转站、集装箱码头和集疏运通道的优化,由于本文研究的是内陆集疏运的优化因此不对码头进行考虑。在优化方面本文选用聚类分析的方法对东北地区的城市进行分析,进而得出作为集装箱中转站的城市的优先级;再对集装箱集疏运网络中的公路和铁路线进行定性和定量的分析。 通过研究得出为了使大连港适应未来发展的需要,要大力发展大连港腹地的内陆集装箱中转站,并根据本文中定义的不同等级的内陆集装箱中转站确定其在大连港集疏运网络中发挥不同的作用,这样才能缓解给哈大铁路线带来的压力;建立一条贯通东北东部的铁路线,配合已经有或是即将建立的集装箱中转站,并与哈大铁路线共同发挥作用;同时还要增加集装箱班列的密度。本文还利用已有的数据建立集装箱内陆集疏运网络的最小费用优化模型,为与本文相类似的研究提供研究模型。
[Abstract]:With the construction of Dalian Northeast Asia International Shipping Center, the status of Dalian Port is becoming more and more important in Northeast China, and the throughput of Dalian Port will also increase by a large margin. However, there are some problems in Dalian Port's distribution network in Northeast China. In order to ensure the status and function of Dalian Northeast Asia International Shipping Center, It is necessary to optimize the collecting and distributing network of Dalian Port, because of its huge and complicated network, this paper only optimizes the inland container transportation network of Dalian Port. In this paper, the necessity of optimizing the container transportation network of Dalian Port is analyzed qualitatively. It is pointed out that the current distribution network can no longer meet the needs of building Dalian into an international shipping center in Northeast Asia. Furthermore, by analyzing the composition of container transportation network, the location advantages of Dalian Port, and the present situation of Dalian Port, the paper points out that Dalian Port is an international shipping center in Northeast Asia. The paper points out the concrete problems existing in the development of container transportation system in Dalian Port, and forecasts the container throughput of Dalian Port by using grey forecast, exponential regression forecast and combination forecast. It is concluded that the container throughput of Dalian Port will increase greatly in the next five years, and then determine qualitatively the necessity of optimizing container transportation network in Dalian Port; the optimization of container transportation network can be divided into container transit stations. For the optimization of container terminals and transportation channels, the optimization of inland container terminals is not considered in this paper. In the aspect of optimization, this paper chooses the cluster analysis method to analyze the cities in Northeast China. Then the priority of the city as the container transfer station is obtained, and then the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the highway and railway line in the container transportation network is carried out. In order to adapt Dalian Port to the needs of future development, we should vigorously develop inland container transfer stations in the hinterland of Dalian Port. According to the different levels of inland container transit station defined in this paper, it is determined that it plays different roles in Dalian Port's distribution network, so as to relieve the pressure on the Harbin Railway Line, and establish a railway line running through the eastern part of Northeast China. Cooperate with the container transfer stations that have been or will be established, and play a role together with the Hadah railway line; At the same time, it is necessary to increase the density of container trains. In this paper, the minimum cost optimization model of container inland transportation network is established based on the available data, which provides a research model for similar research.
