基于港口服务型供应链的太仓港物流发展策略研究

【摘要】：随着物流业的迅猛发展以及供应链管理理论在国内越来越重视，对现代港口发展提出了更高的要求。现代港口的竞争趋势是以港口为核心的服务型供应链的竞争。港口间实施供应链管理战略，构建港口服务型供应链系统，能够最大限度地减少内耗与浪费，有效协调港口资源，提高港口运作效率，，改进港口服务水平，提高港口核心竞争力。本文在国内外港口供应链管理的模式及评价等研究成果的基础上，梳理了港口服务型供应链相关理论，对太仓港口相关企业、政府机构进行实地调研，围绕港口服务型供应链的评价模型进行了研究。首先，本文综述了港口供应链管理理论及研究现状;其次，从相关文献和德尔菲法调查整理出港口供应链的评价指标，并利用层次分析法结合模糊综合评判法建立了港口供应链的评价模型。然后，进行了实证分析，验证了评价方法的可行性。最后，提出了基于港口供应链的太仓港物流发展策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of logistics industry and supply chain management theory in China more and more attention, The competition trend of modern port is the competition of service supply chain with port as the core. The strategy of supply chain management is carried out among ports, and the system of port service supply chain is constructed. It can minimize internal friction and waste, effectively coordinate port resources, improve port operation efficiency, improve port service level and enhance port core competitiveness. Based on the model and evaluation of port supply chain management at home and abroad, this paper combs the relevant theories of port service supply chain, and investigates the relevant enterprises and government agencies in Taicang port. The evaluation model of port service supply chain is studied. First of all, this paper summarizes the theory and research status of port supply chain management. Secondly, the evaluation index of port supply chain is sorted out from relevant literature and Delphi method. The evaluation model of port supply chain is established by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Then, the feasibility of the evaluation method is verified by empirical analysis. The logistics development strategy of Taicang port based on port supply chain is put forward.
