道路客运企业网络组织的构建研究

【摘要】:随着我国社会经济的进一步发展,消费结构的逐步升级,为满足公众多层次的需求,道路客运企业纷纷确立了向现代服务业转型的发展战略。然而,随着知识经济和信息经济时代到来,道路客运企业传统的层级组织在日益变幻的市场环境中已逐渐暴露出其局限性,严重的阻碍了其转型的进程。在不断提高道路运输能力的基础上,只有以信息网络为依托,与相关的企业组成网络型组织,才能快速提高道路运输服务水平,实现向现代服务业的转型。 本文通过采用规范研究与实证研究相结合的方法,分析道路客运企业组织网络化的内涵和特征。结合道路客运企业的实际情况,从创新,流程和标准,文化三个角度分析,得出道路客运企业构建网络组织的必要性包括服务创新的需要、服务流程化和标准化的需要和以顾客为导向的服务文化需要。通过分析道路客运企业服务网络,得出构建关系网络是实现道路客运企业网络组织的主要途径,提出了关系网络是从核心层、文化层和辅助层三个方面进行构建。根据道路客运企业的网络组织的特点,提出从相容性、互补性和信誉度三个角度确定网络组织合作伙伴选择的标准,构建了以相容性、互补性和信誉度为一级指标;企业文化、企业能力、经营状况和企业声誉等为二级指标;业务关联度和信息集成程度等三级指标的合作伙伴选择指标体系。通过层次分析分析法对各项指标进行权重的确定,得出一级指标互补性,二级指标企业能力、经营状况,三级指标业务关联度比重较高,是网络组织选择合作伙伴的重要指标。采用模糊层次评价法构建网络组织合作伙伴选择的评价模型并对实际候选企业进行应用,得出较优的选择。结合相互信任的内涵,,提出了从抵押机制、外部环境机制和内部运行保障机制等方面进行道路客运企业网络信任机制的构建。最后,通过实地考察,对新安客运网络组织的实现形式、成员选择和信任机制等资料进行归纳整理,得出网络组织是有利于提高新安客运的道路运输服务水平,拓展其服务网络。
[Abstract]:With the further development of China's social economy and the gradual upgrading of consumption structure, road passenger transport enterprises have established the development strategy of transforming to modern service industry in order to meet the multi-level demand of the public. With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy and information economy, the traditional hierarchical organization of road passenger transport enterprises has gradually exposed its limitations in the increasingly changing market environment. On the basis of continuously improving the capacity of road transportation, only by relying on information network and forming network organization with related enterprises, can the level of road transport service be improved rapidly. To realize the transition to modern service industry. By combining normative research with empirical research, this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of road passenger transport enterprises' organization and networking. In combination with the actual situation of road passenger transport enterprises, this paper analyzes from the three angles of innovation, process and standards, and culture. The necessity of constructing network organization of road passenger transport enterprises includes the need of service innovation, the need of service flow and standardization and the need of customer-oriented service culture. It is concluded that building the relational network is the main way to realize the network organization of the road passenger transport enterprise, and it is put forward that the relationship network is constructed from three aspects: the core layer, the cultural layer and the auxiliary layer. According to the characteristics of the network organization of the road passenger transport enterprise, This paper puts forward the criteria for determining the selection of network organizations' partners from the three angles of compatibility, complementarity and reputation, and constructs the first class index of compatibility, complementarity and credibility, corporate culture, enterprise capability, and so on. Business status and corporate reputation are second class indicators, business association degree and information integration degree are three level indicators of partner selection index system. Through AHP to determine the weight of each index, it is concluded that the first level index is complementary to each other. The second level index enterprise ability, the management condition, the third level index business correlation degree proportion is high, It is an important index for network organizations to select partners. The evaluation model of network organization partner selection is constructed by using fuzzy hierarchy evaluation method and applied to the actual candidate enterprises, and a better choice is obtained by combining the connotation of mutual trust. The paper puts forward the construction of network trust mechanism of road passenger transport enterprise from the aspects of mortgage mechanism, external environment mechanism and internal operation guarantee mechanism, etc. Finally, through field investigation, the realization form of Xinan passenger transport network organization is put forward. The data of member selection and trust mechanism are summarized and sorted out. It is concluded that network organization is beneficial to improve the level of road transportation service and expand the service network of Xinan passenger transportation.
