【摘要】:随着集装箱运输业在我国的快速发展,各集装箱港口之间为争夺货源展开的竞争越来越激烈,各港口之间存在恶性价格竞争、相同功能港口重复建设的现象,大大浪费了我国有限的岸线资源。深圳港作为我国发展集装箱的重要港口,为我国集装箱运输事业的发展做出了卓越的贡献,连续15年位居我国港口集装箱吞吐量排名第2位,连续9年位居世界集装箱港口吞吐量排名第4位。为了充分发挥深圳西部港区的集装箱运输优势,扩大各港口的发展空间,推动西部港区向规模化、集约化发展非常有必要,大铲湾码头(一期)正是在这种形势下产生和发展起来的。但作为深圳西部港区新兴的集装现码头,同蛇口、赤湾集装箱码头相比,竞争优势明显不足,因此,本文从效率评价的角度出发,对大铲湾码头(一期)的发展状况进行评价。 本文主要运用DEA-CCR模型进行评价,根据模型的需要选取与大铲湾码头(一期)发展规模和功能相当的六个港口的2011年的数据作为评价样本,并以与港口效率相关码头岸线长度、泊位数量、码头前沿水深、堆场面积、装卸设备数量、设备装卸效率等作为投入指标,以与港口效率相关港口吞吐量作为产出指标对大铲湾码头(一期)的效率进行评价。最后结合评价结果从争取更多货源、适当扩大堆场面积、优化码头堆场管理、增加码头前沿深水泊位建设、引进更先进的大型装卸机械设备等方面为提升大铲湾码头(一期)效率提出了对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of container transportation industry in China, the competition between container ports for the source of goods is becoming more and more fierce. Shenzhen Port, as an important port for container development in China, has made outstanding contributions to the development of container transportation in China, ranking the second in terms of container throughput in China for 15 years in a row. In order to give full play to the advantages of container transportation in the western port area of Shenzhen, to expand the development space of each port, and to promote the development of the western port area to a large scale and intensive development, it is very necessary to make full use of the advantages of container transportation in Shenzhen's western port area. It is precisely under this situation that the Dachaowan Wharf (Phase I) is produced and developed. But as a newly developed container terminal in the western port area of Shenzhen, compared with Shekou and Chiwan container terminals, the competitive advantage is obviously insufficient, so, From the point of view of efficiency evaluation, this paper evaluates the development of the shovel wharf. This paper mainly uses DEA-CCR model to evaluate. According to the needs of the model, the 2011 data of six ports with the same development scale and function are selected as evaluation samples, and the length of wharf shoreline related to port efficiency is taken as the evaluation sample. The number of berths, the depth of water at the wharf front, the area of the yard, the quantity of handling equipment, the efficiency of loading and unloading of equipment are taken as input indexes, The port throughput related to port efficiency is used as the output index to evaluate the efficiency of Dashaowan wharf (first phase). Finally, combining with the evaluation results, we can obtain more cargo sources, expand the yard area appropriately, and optimize the management of the terminal yard. Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the efficiency of Dashao Bay wharf from the aspects of increasing the construction of deep-water berth at the front of wharf and introducing more advanced large handling machinery and equipment.
