中外航运上市公司相对效率比较研究

【摘要】:我国航运业经过最近几十年的发展,整体水平逐渐提高,已经成为世界海上贸易不可或缺的重要参与者。航运业属于对外界环境变化比较敏感的行业,从2008年金融危机的爆发至今,全球航运市场反复波动,但整体上一直没有太大起色。说明大多数航运企业自身的运营模式和发展战略存在弊端,所以对航运企业经营效率进行评价十分重要。本文旨在系统的对中外航运上市公司的相对效率值进行比较研究,并通过对模型的运算结果进行分析,对我国航运企业提出几点发展建议。本文使用的模型分析方法是数据包络分析法即DEA。利用DEA方法进行企业效率的研究已经比较普遍,但是传统的DEA方法存在一些不可避免的弊端。而改进后的DEA方法可以提高相对效率值计算和分析的准确程度。本文使用的方法具体为DEA时间窗分析方法和超效率DEA方法。本文使用两种改进后的DEA方法对22家中外航运上市公司2005年至2014年的相对效率值进行测算,22家公司的构成为国内8家,国外14家。模型分析研究所选取的投入指标为固定资产、总资产、员工人数、营业成本,产出指标为营业收入。通过实证分析发现,国内航运上市公司整体相对效率值低于国外航运上市公司,而且在2008年之后,这种差距更加明显。说明我国航运上市公司在资产利用、人员管理、成本控制等方面还需要进一步的提升,而且通过效率值的比较反映出我国航运公司对于外界环境变化的反应普遍滞后。本文最后结合航运业发展现状和实证分析结果,从企业自身经营以及对外关系两个角度对我国航运企业的发展提出了八点改进建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of our shipping industry in recent decades, the overall level has gradually improved and has become an indispensable and important participant in world maritime trade. The shipping industry belongs to an industry that is more sensitive to changes in the external environment. Since the outbreak of the financial crisis in 2008, the global shipping market has fluctuated repeatedly, but on the whole, there has been no great improvement. Therefore, it is very important to evaluate the operating efficiency of shipping enterprises. This paper aims to systematically compare the relative efficiency values of Chinese and foreign listed shipping companies, and analyze the results of the operation of the model. In this paper, the model analysis method used in this paper is data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The study of enterprise efficiency by using DEA method has been quite common. However, the traditional DEA method has some unavoidable disadvantages, and the improved DEA method can improve the accuracy of the calculation and analysis of relative efficiency value. The specific methods used in this paper are DEA time-window analysis method and super-efficiency. DEA method. This paper uses two improved DEA methods to calculate the relative efficiency values of 22 Chinese and foreign listed shipping companies from 2005 to 2014. The composition of 22 companies is 8 in China. The input index selected by the model analysis research is fixed assets, total assets, number of employees, operating cost and output index. The overall relative efficiency of domestic shipping listed companies is lower than that of foreign shipping listed companies, and after 2008, the gap is even more obvious. Cost control and other aspects need to be further improved, and the comparison of efficiency values shows that the response of Chinese shipping companies to changes in the external environment is generally lagging. Finally, this paper combines the current situation of shipping industry development and the results of empirical analysis. This paper puts forward eight suggestions to improve the development of Chinese shipping enterprises from the angle of enterprise's own management and foreign relations.
