D运输集团驾驶培训业务发展战略研究

【摘要】:人无远虑,必有近忧。处于现代市场环境条件下的企业,其生存和发展必须具备长远的观点,要把企业战略作为企业管理的核心内容。企业战略是公司通过协调、配置或构造其在多个市场上的活动来创造价值的方式,可以被看作为组织内部资源管理和组织与外部联系的过程。因此,企业应以资源作为战略管理的基础,围绕资源的合理配置与利用,确定业务组合计划,制定和实施公司战略规划。本论文以一家民营企业D运输集团公司为例,从资源战略观的视角,研究该集团的驾驶培训业务发展战略,使不断变化的市场竞争环境与企业持续发展的资源相匹配,以创造持久的竞争优势。本文对D运输集团驾驶培训业务现状、外部环境分析和内部资源状况进行研究,分析驾驶培训业务与其他主营业务的资源、能力的匹配情况,区分哪些是支撑驾驶培训业务实现发展的核心资源与能力,支持其发展的核心资源与能力的不足在哪里,发现存在的问题。通过对驾驶培训业务战略因素进行全面的SWOT分析,制定D运输集团驾驶培训业务的发展战略。运用五力模型分析D运输集团驾驶培训业务的竞争环境,分析驾驶培训业务的资源、能力的构成,针对不同业务的资源与能力,分别采取不同的竞争战略。分析D运输集团驾驶培训业务发展战略受目前组织机构、业务能力和资源能力的约束,分别从这三个方面在提出保障战略实施的实质性的措施与建议。本文以“公司战略三角形”作为研究的理论框架,以资源、业务、组织结构与使命愿景、战略目标一致性的研究为基础,认为使命愿景、战略目标、资源、业务及组织结构是构成有效公司战略的五个基本要素,当它们以一种相互支持、相互依赖和相互促进的方式系统地协调运转,D运输集团驾驶培训业务就形成了创造持久竞争优势的核心竞争力。
[Abstract]:Enterprises in the modern market environment must have a long-term view on their survival and development, and take the enterprise strategy as the core content of enterprise management. The enterprise strategy is the company through coordination. The way in which its activities in multiple markets are configured or constructed to create value can be seen as a process of internal resource management within an organization and an organization's connection with the outside world. Therefore, an enterprise should base its strategic management on resources. According to the rational allocation and utilization of resources, the business combination plan is determined, and the strategic planning of the company is formulated and implemented. This paper takes D Transportation Group Company, a private enterprise, as an example, from the perspective of the strategic view of resources. This paper studies the development strategy of driving training business in this group so as to match the changing market competition environment with the sustainable development resources of the enterprise, in order to create a lasting competitive advantage. External environment analysis and internal resource analysis, analysis of driving training business and other main business resources, capacity matching, distinguish which are the core resources and capabilities to support driving training business development, Where are the gaps in core resources and capabilities to support its development, and problems are identified. A comprehensive SWOT analysis of the strategic factors of driving training operations is carried out. The development strategy of driving training business of D transport group is formulated. The competitive environment of driving training business of D transport group is analyzed by using five forces model, and the resources and ability of driving training business are analyzed, aiming at the resources and ability of different business. Analysis of D Transportation Group driving training business development strategy by the current organization, business capacity and resource capacity constraints, From these three aspects, the paper puts forward the substantive measures and suggestions to ensure the implementation of the strategy. This paper takes "the triangle of corporate strategy" as the theoretical framework of the study, and takes the resources, business, organizational structure and mission vision as the theoretical framework. On the basis of research on consistency of strategic objectives, it is considered that mission vision, strategic objectives, resources, business and organizational structure are the five essential elements of an effective corporate strategy when they are mutually supportive. The core competitiveness of creating lasting competitive advantage is formed by the coordinated operation of driving training business of D Transportation Group in a mutually dependent and mutually reinforcing manner.
