SD公司员工工作满意度研究

【摘要】:20世纪80年代开始,中国公路监理行业已经经历了20多年的发展。伴随着中国经济的发展和转型,交通基础设施建设一直处于快速发展上升期,各地基础设施建设需求较为旺盛。随着市场竞争的日益激烈,在这个经济发展的关键阶段,公路监理企业的人力资源管理就显得尤为重要。其中,如何提升监理企业员工的工作满意度,进一步保证企业规范健康的发展成为关键。 SD公司是一家以监理咨询业务为基础,以项目管理、项目代建为发展方向,可全方位开展工程建设管理综合业务的多功能、现代化技术咨询服务企业。本文在文献阅读的基础上,从员工工作满意度的影响因素和构成维度出发,以SD公司员工为调查对象,分析员工在工作满意度各维度上存在的差别,最后以分析结果为依据,提出提升员工工作满意度的意见和建议。 本文的主要内容有三个部分:第一部分主要是对工作满意度的概念、理论基础、工作满意度的前因变量和结果变量以及工作满意度的纬度和测量等相关的文献进行梳理、分析和评述,以文献研究为基础确定本文的研究方向。第二部分是通过员工工作满意度调查问卷测量SD公司员工的工作满意度现状,分析了不同人口特征的员工在员工工作满意度各维度上的差异性。第三部分以文献综述和数据分析结果为依据,提出了提高员工工作满意度的管理建议。 本文的主要结论有两点:第一,不同人口统计学变量的员工在员工工作满意度及其各个维度存在差异。其中不同性别、年龄、工龄、不同教育程度、不同职位层次和不同职称的员工在员工工作满意度维度上(薪酬满意度、上司满意度、发展满意度)存在显著差异。第二,通过数据分析结果可以得知,员工在发展满意度、上司满意度的得分较低,其次是薪酬满意度。根据以上调查结果,重点探讨了SD公司员工工作满意度的提升对策和建议,确立了从提高员工的发展满意度、提高员工的上司满意度、提高员工的薪酬满意度、创造良好的企业氛围四个方面入手提升员工的工作满意度,确保达到好的激励效果,推动SD公司可持续健康发展。 本文的主要创新之处在于较为全面地分析并解决了SD公司管理中的实际问题,从提高员工发展满意度、提高员工上司满意度、提高员工薪酬满意度、创造良好的企业氛围四个方面提出了提高员工工作满意度的意见和建议。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, China's highway supervision industry has experienced more than 20 years of development. With the development and transformation of China's economy, transportation infrastructure construction has been in a period of rapid development and growth. With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the human resource management of highway supervision enterprises is particularly important at this critical stage of economic development. How to improve the employee's job satisfaction and how to ensure the healthy development of the enterprise become the key. SD Company is a project management company based on supervision consulting business, project management, project construction as the development direction, can carry out comprehensive project construction management business multi-function, Based on the reading of the literature, this paper analyzes the differences in the dimensions of employee job satisfaction based on the influencing factors and dimensions of employee job satisfaction, taking the employees of SD Company as the survey object. Finally, based on the analysis results, the paper puts forward suggestions and suggestions to improve employee job satisfaction. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first part is about the concept of job satisfaction, the theoretical basis, the antecedents and outcome variables of job satisfaction, the latitude and measurement of job satisfaction, and so on. The second part is to measure the present situation of employee's job satisfaction through the questionnaire of employee's job satisfaction. The third part is based on literature review and data analysis results, and puts forward management suggestions to improve employee job satisfaction. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, there are differences in employee job satisfaction and its dimensions among different demographic variables, including gender, age, length of service, educational level, etc. There are significant differences in the dimensions of employee job satisfaction (salary satisfaction, boss satisfaction, development satisfaction) between different position levels and different titles. Secondly, through the results of data analysis, we can know that employees are developing satisfaction. According to the above survey results, the author mainly discusses the countermeasures and suggestions of improving the employee's job satisfaction in SD company, and establishes the improvement of employee's development satisfaction from the point of view of improving the employee's development satisfaction. To improve the employee's boss satisfaction, improve the employee's salary satisfaction, create a good enterprise atmosphere to improve the employee's job satisfaction, to ensure good incentive effect, promote the sustainable and healthy development of SD company. The main innovation of this paper is to comprehensively analyze and solve the actual problems in the management of SD company, from improving the employee development satisfaction, improving the employee boss satisfaction, improving the employee salary satisfaction. Four aspects of creating a good enterprise atmosphere are put forward to improve employee job satisfaction.
