山东省港口运输业发展的演进特征与区域差异研究

【摘要】:当今世界,全球经济联系日益密切,对外贸易成为各国经济发展的主要动力,对外经济贸易处在及其重要的地位,如果哪个国家不重视对外贸易的发展,那么哪个国家必将落后。港口作为陆地与海洋的节点,具有明显的区位优势。港口运输具有运输成本低、运输货物量大等天然优势,港口贸易成为对外贸易的主力,特别是大宗货物的运输。世界各国都在加大港口的建设力度,建立完善的远洋运输体系,创造性的发展港口经济,从而带动港口城市甚至所在国家的经济发展,具有重大的意义。 山东省作为海洋大省,水域港口众多,航路密布,沿海港口24处,泊位412个,主要航路汇聚区多达16个,目前拥有青岛、烟台两个沿海开放城市,青岛、日照、烟台等7个一级开放港口。近年来山东省港口运输业发展迅速,截止2009年,在中国10个亿吨大港之中,山东占3个,是全国唯一拥有3个亿吨大港的省份。2011年山东半岛蓝色经济区正式上升为国家战略,山东省港口运输业迎来重大契机,同时也对山东省的港口建设提出了更高的要求,山东半岛蓝色经济区发展不仅仅是要把几个大的沿海城市发展好,还要带动港口经济腹地的发展,从而使山东半岛区域整体发展到一个新的层次。 本文在分析山东省发展现状入手,对山东省近年的演进特征、区域差异与发展趋势研究,从而有助于把握规律、发现问题、提出对策,对山东半岛蓝色经济区建设这个国家重要战略具有重要的指导意义。基于此,本文从山东省港口运输业发展的演进特征角度入手,从区域经济学方向出发,运用海洋经济的知识,在各位专家学者研究的基础上对山东省港口运输业的区域差异进行研究,运用层次分析法分析出山东省港口的各项指标,发现各种问题。有助于推动山东省港口运输业的发展与蓝色经济区建设。本文共分五部分: 第一部分为绪论,主要阐述论文写作的选题背景与选题意义。 第二部分为山东省港口运输业发展的演进特征及其经验分析,本部分首先对山东省运输业发展现状和问题进行分析,再研究山东省港口的发展历程与特征,最后对山东省港口运输业的发展进行经验总结。 第三部分为山东省主要港口的发展历程与特征,并对山东省港口运输业做差异研究,然后应用层次分析法做山东省个主要港口的比较分析,最后对山东省港口货物吞吐量做了灰色预测分析。 第四部分为山东省港口运输业发展的对策 第五部分为结论与讨论
[Abstract]:In today's world, global economic ties are becoming increasingly close, foreign trade has become the main driving force for the economic development of various countries, and foreign economic and trade affairs are in an extremely important position. If which country does not attach importance to the development of foreign trade, Then which country is bound to lag behind. As a node between land and sea, ports have obvious geographical advantages. Port transport has natural advantages such as low transport cost, large volume of cargo, and so on. Port trade has become the main force of foreign trade. In particular, the transportation of large quantities of goods. All countries in the world are strengthening the construction of ports, establishing a perfect ocean-going transportation system, and creatively developing the port economy, thus driving the economic development of the port cities and even the countries where they live. Of great significance. Shandong Province, as a major marine province, has a large number of ports and waterways, with 24 coastal ports, 412 berths, and 16 major waterway convergence areas. At present, Shandong Province has two open coastal cities, Qingdao and Yantai, Qingdao and Rizhao. The port transportation industry of Shandong Province has developed rapidly in recent years. As of 2009, Shandong accounts for 3 of the 1 billion tons of ports in China. In 2011, the blue economic zone of the Shandong Peninsula officially rose to the national strategy, and the port transportation industry of Shandong Province ushered in a major opportunity, and at the same time put forward higher requirements for port construction in Shandong Province. The development of the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula is not only to develop several large coastal cities well, but also to promote the development of the hinterland of port economy, so that the Shandong Peninsula region as a whole develops to a new level. This paper begins with the analysis of the current situation of Shandong Province's development, studies the evolution characteristics, regional differences and development trends of Shandong Province in recent years, thus helping to grasp the law, find problems, and put forward countermeasures. It has important guiding significance for the construction of the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula, which is an important national strategy. Based on this, this paper starts with the evolution characteristics of the port transportation industry in Shandong Province, and proceeds from the direction of regional economics. By using the knowledge of marine economy and on the basis of the research by experts and scholars, the paper studies the regional differences of port transportation in Shandong Province, and analyzes the indexes of ports in Shandong Province by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Find all kinds of problems. Help to promote the development of Shandong port transportation industry and the construction of blue economic zone. This paper is divided into five parts:. The first part is the introduction, which mainly expounds the background and significance of the selected topic. The second part is the evolution characteristics and experience analysis of Shandong port transportation development. This part first analyzes the current situation and problems of Shandong port development, and then studies the development process and characteristics of Shandong port. Finally, the development of port transport industry in Shandong Province is summarized. The third part is the development course and characteristics of the main ports in Shandong Province, and makes a difference study on the port transportation industry of Shandong Province, and then makes a comparative analysis of the main ports in Shandong Province by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, the grey forecast analysis of port cargo throughput in Shandong Province is made. The 4th part is the countermeasures for the development of Shandong port transportation industry.
