【摘要】:十年前,四川省场道工程有限公司从省建六公司改制分立,经历了从小到大、由弱到强的过程,已发展成为初具规模的专业化公司。公司经历了初创时期的生存阶段和不断探索新业务和多元业务板块的扩展阶段。如今,企业正处于“上梯队”提升的关键时点。企业未来是要继续“生存-适应-探索-前行”的应对型的发展模式,还是自己掌握主动权,以战略规划为指引、以新业务和新板块为支撑、以全面和扎实管理为基础的持续、稳步和按步骤性地发展?公司需要制定出未来的科学规划和发展战略。 论文首先分析了企业发展的外部环境和行业竞争状况,认为企业未来外部机遇与挑战并存,充满了不确定性;其次,论文考察了公司几个重要发展阶段,总结出企业成长带来的资源与能力积累以及过程中存在的问题,重点分析了企业了内部的资源和能力:核心资源、技术积累和组织与管理能力,认为企业应逐渐从完全以市场为引领的发展模式转向以管理、能力和战略预见性规划为特征的发展模式。然后,论文得出四川省场道工程有限公司的“上梯队”的战略定位和支撑企业战略选择的战略目标。最后,论文给出了战略实施的路径,特别地,论文提出了提升四川省场道工程有限公司管理水平的实施措施。 论文研究密切结合四川省场道工程有限公司发展战略的规划和制定过程,研究所得到的思路、规划和措施应用于具体的经营管理工作,并不断把企业实践中遇到的问题和困惑反馈到论文的研究中。这种“研究密切结合实践探索”的模式不仅有力地增加了论文的实践价值,也将推动研究成果对实际工作的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Ten years ago, Sichuan Changdao Engineering Co., Ltd. was reorganized from provincial construction company to the sixth company, and went through a process from small to large, from weak to strong. Has developed into a start-up specialized company. The company has experienced the initial stage of survival and the continuous exploration of new business and the expansion of the multiple business sector. Today, Enterprises are at a critical point in the promotion of the "top echelon". In the future, enterprises should continue to "survive, adapt, explore and move forward" in response to the development model, or should they master the initiative and be guided by strategic planning. Sustained, steady and step-by-step development based on comprehensive and solid management, supported by new business and new sectors. Companies need to work out future scientific planning and development strategies. Firstly, the paper analyzes the external environment of enterprise development and the situation of industry competition, thinks that the external opportunities and challenges coexist in the future, and is full of uncertainty; secondly, the paper examines several important development stages of the company. This paper summarizes the resource and ability accumulation brought by enterprise growth and the problems existing in the process, and analyzes the internal resources and capabilities of the enterprise: core resources, technology accumulation, organization and management ability. It is believed that enterprises should gradually change from a completely market-oriented development model to one characterized by management, capability and strategic foresight planning. The paper draws the strategic positioning of the "upper echelon" of Sichuan Changdao Engineering Co., Ltd. And the strategic objectives to support the strategic choice of enterprises. Finally, the paper gives the path to implement the strategy, especially, The paper puts forward the measures to improve the management level of Sichuan Changdao Engineering Co., Ltd. This paper closely combines the planning and formulation process of the development strategy of Sichuan Changdao Engineering Co., Ltd., and the ideas, plans and measures obtained from the research are applied to the concrete operation and management work. And constantly feedback the problems and puzzles encountered in the enterprise practice to the research of the paper. This mode of "close combination of research and practice exploration" not only increases the practical value of the paper, but also increases the practical value of the paper. It will also promote the guiding significance of the research results to the practical work.
