【摘要】:本文作者通过研究OTA与航空企业纵向一体化的案例,发现OTA企业实施纵向一体化可以绕开市场中的种种壁垒,规避市场风险。同时,实施纵向一体化策略会使OTA企业获益良多,能够帮助其将经营业务扩展至航空公司领域,同时优化经营服务。本文作者通过构建模型进一步分析发现,无论是在寡头竞争还是垄断市场结构中,实施纵向一体化的平台企业均能够获得额外的竞争优势。
[Abstract]:By studying the case of vertical integration of OTA and aviation enterprises, the author finds that vertical integration of OTA enterprises can circumvent all kinds of barriers in the market and avoid market risks. At the same time, the implementation of vertical integration strategy will benefit OTA enterprises a lot. It can help it to expand its business to airlines and optimize its business services. By building a model, the author finds that in oligopolistic competition or monopolistic market structure, both oligopoly and monopolistic market structure, Vertical integration of the implementation of platform enterprises can obtain additional competitive advantage.
