【摘要】：在全球各航空公司致力扩张其航线网络覆盖区域的趋势下,代码共享成为成本低、速度快,不需要航权、时刻资源限制的一种有效方式,为国内外航空公司广泛使用。然而,当前我国航空公司普遍采用简单易行的静态比例分配方式,该种分配方式不能确保收益分配的精准性及公平性,进而影响了代码共享合作的可持续性。与此同时,学术界缺少对我国代码共享航空公司间实施收益分配的有效理论指导。鉴于此,本文对代码共享的动态收益分配机制展开研究。首先,本文对代码共享的相关概念及研究对象进行界定,对合作博弈理论及机制设计理论进行梳理,并整理分析国内外代码共享的研究现状。其次,对我国航空公司代码共享现状、合作动因及特征进行分析总结,并得出现行分配方式存在的问题。再次,阐述代码共享合作的形成机制,并分析机制之间的互动关系,结合实际分析代码共享合作的动态过程及代码共享收益分配的三大影响因素。依据收益分配影响因素得出收益分配原则,以集中决策为假设前提,从合作收益形成的动态过程入手,构建合作博弈模型,并对合作博弈的Shapley值进行风险、谈判力修正,运用TOPSIS方法得到综合收益分配方案,并进行算例分析验证模型的可行性。最后,提出一套较为系统的代码共享航空公司间的动态收益分配机制,并创新性地提出绩效考核、信息平台建设等制度。
[Abstract]:Under the trend that airlines around the world are trying to expand their airline network coverage, code-sharing has become an effective way of low cost, fast speed, no need for shipping rights and time resource restriction, which is widely used by domestic and foreign airlines. At present, Chinese airlines generally adopt a simple and easy static proportional distribution method, which can not ensure the accuracy and fairness of the distribution of income, thus affecting the sustainability of code-sharing cooperation. The academic circle lacks effective theoretical guidance for the implementation of income distribution among code-sharing airlines in China. In view of this, this paper studies the dynamic income allocation mechanism of code-sharing. This paper defines the related concepts and research objects of code sharing, combs the theory of cooperative game and the theory of mechanism design, and analyzes the status quo of code sharing at home and abroad. The reasons and characteristics of the cooperation are analyzed and summarized, and the problems existing in the current distribution mode are obtained. Thirdly, the forming mechanism of code-sharing cooperation and the interactive relationship between the mechanisms are expounded. Based on the analysis of the dynamic process of code-sharing cooperation and the three major influencing factors of code-sharing income distribution, the principle of income distribution is obtained according to the influencing factors of code-sharing, and the premise of centralization decision is assumed. Starting with the dynamic process of the formation of cooperative income, the cooperative game model is constructed, and the Shapley value of cooperative game is risk, bargaining power is revised, and the comprehensive income distribution scheme is obtained by using TOPSIS method. Finally, a systematic mechanism of dynamic income distribution among code-sharing airlines is proposed, and the performance evaluation and information platform construction are innovatively proposed.
