蒙西至华中地区铁路煤运通道选线思路探析

【摘要】：结合蒙西至华中地区铁路煤运通道(蒙华铁路)的设计,针对本通道路网规划、功能定位、集疏运系统规划、地形地质条件、环保水保要求、施工运营安全等特点,对铁路集疏运区段、复杂山区、复杂地质地段等线路方案进行研究,归纳总结本项目的选线思路和方法,应注重地质选线、环保选线、工程选线等综合选线,对于环境敏感点首先考虑绕避方案,并进行多方案论证,做到工程建设与生态环境和谐统一。
[Abstract]:Combined with the design of the coal transport corridor (Menghua railway) in the area from Mengxi to central China, the characteristics of the road network planning, function positioning, distribution system planning, topographic and geological conditions, environmental protection and soil and water conservation requirements, construction and operation safety, etc., are pointed out. This paper studies the railway transportation section, complex mountain area, complex geological section and so on, summarizes the train of thought and method of this project, and should pay attention to the comprehensive route selection, such as geological route selection, environmental protection route selection, engineering route selection and so on. For the sensitive point of the environment, the first consideration is the circumvention scheme, and the multi-scheme demonstration is carried out to achieve the harmonious unity between the engineering construction and the ecological environment.
