韩国韩进海运公司破产事件给进口商带来的风险及启示

【摘要】:2016年8月31日,世界第七、韩国第一的韩进海运公司向法院申请法定管理,轰动了整个航运界。其破产致使整个供应链上的当事人深受影响,中国也未能幸免。破产让准备不足、应对措施不力的进口商面临提货不着等一系列风险。通过对韩进海运破产事件及进口商面临的风险进行分析,可以找出进口商应对船公司破产的有效措施:将船公司的破产风险纳入进口信用保险的范畴、建立新型进口信用保险,为实现我国未来5年内10万亿美元的进口贸易额保驾护航。
[Abstract]:On August 31, 2016, the world's seventh largest South Korean shipping company, Hanjin, filed for legal control in court, causing a stir in the shipping industry. Its bankruptcy affected the parties in the entire supply chain. China has also not been spared. There are a series of risks, such as inadequate preparation for bankruptcy and inadequate response measures. Through an analysis of the Han Jin Marine bankruptcy incident and the risks faced by importers, We can find out the effective measures for the importer to deal with the bankruptcy of the shipping company: to bring the bankruptcy risk of the shipping company into the scope of import credit insurance, and to establish a new type of import credit insurance. In order to achieve the next five years, China's import trade volume of 10 trillion US dollars guaranteed escort.
