铁路经济带节点城市对外服务功能比较分析——以西陇海-兰新、呼包-包兰-兰青铁路经济带为例

【摘要】：基于"点-轴系统"理论,以城市流强度模型计算和分析西陇海-兰新经济带、呼包-包兰-兰青经济带26座节点城市对外服务功能强度及其动态变化特征。结果表明:(1)两经济带都形成了区域中心、副中心、地方中心城市相结合的城市对外服务功能结构体系,但均表现出区域中心、副中心城市数量明显不足的特征;(2)2002-2012年,呼包-包兰-兰青经济带对外服务功能水平超越西陇海-兰新经济带,呈呼和浩特-包头、兰州、西宁三大"桥墩"分段式空间结构,而西陇海-兰新经济带呈乌鲁木齐和西安东西端点带动下的"杠铃"式空间形态;(3)西陇海-兰新经济带中心、副中心城市第三产业功能发展迅速,第二产业功能下降趋势明显,对外服务功能以综合性强为优势。呼包-包兰-兰青经济带由于产业相对偏重化,服务业水平相对西陇海-兰新经济带仍较低,其高水平的对外服务功能很大程度上依赖于较高的城市功能效率。
[Abstract]:Based on the "point-axis system" theory, the urban flow intensity model is used to calculate and analyze the West Longhai-Lanxin economic belt. The external service function intensity of 26 node cities in the Hubao-Baolan-Lanqing Economic Belt and its dynamic change characteristics. The results show that both the two economic belts form regional centers and sub-centers. The combination of local central cities with external service function structure system, but all show the regional center, the number of sub-central cities is obviously insufficient from 2002 to 2012, The external service function level of the Hubao-Baolan-Lanqing Economic Belt exceeds that of the West Longhai-Lanxin Economic Belt and presents a segmented spatial structure of Huhhot-Baotou, Lanzhou and Xining "bridge piers". However, the West Longhai-Lanxin Economic Belt takes the form of "barbell" spatial form driven by Urumqi and Xi'an east-west endpoints) and the center of the West Longhai-Lanxin Economic Belt. The function of the tertiary industry in the sub-central city develops rapidly, and the function of the secondary industry decreases obviously. The external service function is highly comprehensive. Due to the relatively heavy industry, the service industry level of the Hu-bao -Baolan-Lanqing Economic Belt is still relatively low compared with the West Longhai-Lanxin Economic Zone. Its high level of external service function largely depends on the higher efficiency of urban function.
