锦州港人力资源培训体系改进研究

【摘要】:锦州港股份有限公司是一个集生产经营、港口建设和拓展开发为一体的大型港口企业。随着港口规模的不断扩大,吞吐量的持续增长,加之与大型企业的合资、合作,锦州港已进入新的发展阶段,需要新的管理方法、理念、管理模式与之匹配,这就进而要求公司不同层面的员工要具有相应的知识结构、管理水平和工作能力。因此,加大培训力度,优化培训方式,提升员工队伍素质,显得尤为重要。 近年来,公司逐步形成了“因需施教、适当超前、注重实效”的培训原则,努力实践“打造学习型企业、培养知识型员工”的目标,积极开展全方位、多层次、广角度的培训活动,为各级各类人员打造提升素质、完善自身的平台。通过培训,员工队伍总体素质提高,逐渐与企业现时需要和发展目标相适应。 本论文旨在通过总结分析锦州港近年来的人力资源培训工作,系统梳理港口一系列培训工作,在分析锦州港目前培训工作各个环节的基础上,总结港口人力资源培训工作的经验,根据目前人力资源培训工作的现状,结合有关人力资源培训理论,找出存在的问题,提出建设性的应对策略,从员工培训需求分析出发,确立培训体系改进设计的原则和理念、人力资源培训体系改进设计的内容以及相应的评估工作和与之相对应的保障措施,构建更为完整、科学、规范、高效、务实的锦州港人力资源培训体系,以期为港口员工培训工作起到实际借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Jinzhou Port Co., Ltd. is a production and management, port construction and development as one of the large port enterprises.With the continuous expansion of port scale, the continuous growth of throughput, and the joint venture and cooperation with large enterprises, Jinzhou Port has entered a new stage of development, and needs new management methods, ideas, management mode to match it.This requires employees of different levels of the company to have the corresponding knowledge structure, management level and working ability.Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen training, optimize training methods and improve the quality of the staff.In recent years, the company has gradually formed the training principle of "due to need of education, appropriate lead, pay attention to practical results", strive to practice the goal of "building learning enterprises, training knowledge workers", actively carry out all-round, multi-level,Wide-angle training activities, for all levels of personnel to improve their quality, improve their own platform.Through training, the overall quality of the workforce to improve, gradually in line with the current needs of enterprises and development goals.The purpose of this paper is to summarize and analyze the human resource training work of Jinzhou Port in recent years, and systematically sort out a series of training work of the port, and on the basis of analyzing all aspects of the current training work of Jinzhou Port.Summing up the experience of port human resource training, according to the current situation of human resource training, combining the theory of human resource training, finding out the existing problems, putting forward constructive countermeasures, starting from the staff training needs analysis,Establishing the principles and concepts of improving the design of training system, the content of improving the design of human resources training system, the corresponding evaluation work and the corresponding safeguard measures, so as to build a more complete, scientific, standardized and efficient training system.The practical human resource training system of Jinzhou Port is expected to serve as a practical reference for port staff training.
