【摘要】:目前,我国专业的汽车滚装码头总体上还处于起步的阶段。从整体上来说,汽乍滚装码头货物信息的管理化程度是十分低的。专业汽车滚装码头想要发展壮大,必须提升港口自身的核心竞争力,必须针对港口自身现状,通过提升港口自身的智能化、自动化和信息化水平来建立汽车滚装码头信息化的管理平台。汽车滚装码头信息化管理平台能够产生十分重要的工程价值和实际价值,它能够运用现代信息、通讯技术,总结、规范固化的经营管理思想和理念,建立标准化规范化的内部管理流程,使企业管理体系走向精细、慎密、准确的决策体系,并创建严格、高效、规范的运作机制,同时依靠现代化经营管理巩固和发展在港口物流业中的领先地位,形成新的利润增长点。“十一五国家科技支持计划课题”中提出:以物流信息化技术为支持,构建物流信息系统内部、物流系统之间信息共享、业务协同的“现代物流综合管理关键技术与平台”为提升我国物流服务业的核心竞争力提供技术支持。 滚装码头生产管理系统是一个集计划调度和现场管理的系统工程,它能够完成计算机信息管理的组织构架、功能规划、流程设计、软件个性化等功能,管理系统将为公司带来极大的生产效益,并为公司生产管理达到国内先进管理水平做出贡献。 本论文以实现专业汽车码头智能信息化管理为目的,将码头相关船舶、货物信息引入到港口信息化平台中来,实现港口生产作业的可跟踪溯源、自动化、信息化管理。同时对历史数据进行挖掘,对比出了信息化平台建成前后,码头货物交付于货主变得更加快速、准确、安全。方便了天津港滚装码头依靠信息化为公司客户提供最为优质的码头服务。
[Abstract]:At present, the professional automobile ro-ro wharf in our country is still in the initial stage.On the whole, the level of management of cargo information in Rro / ro terminal is very low.If the professional automobile ro / ro wharf wants to develop, it must enhance the core competitiveness of the port itself, must aim at the port's current situation, and improve the intelligence of the port itself.Automation and informatization level to establish the vehicle ro-ro terminal information management platform.The information management platform of automobile ro / ro wharf can produce very important engineering value and practical value, it can use modern information, communication technology, summarize and standardize the solidified management thought and idea.Establish standardized and standardized internal management process, make the enterprise management system move to a fine, careful and accurate decision-making system, and create a strict, efficient, standardized operation mechanism,At the same time, relying on modern management to consolidate and develop the leading position in the port logistics industry, forming a new profit growth point.In the 11th Five-Year Plan of National Science and Technology support Project, it is proposed that the logistics information system should be supported by logistics information technology, and the information sharing among logistics information systems should be built.The key technologies and platforms of modern logistics integrated management provide technical support for enhancing the core competitiveness of logistics service industry in China.The production management system of ro / ro wharf is a system engineering that integrates planning, scheduling and field management. It can accomplish the functions of organization, function planning, flow design, software personalization and so on of computer information management.The management system will bring great production benefits to the company, and will contribute to the advanced management level in our country.In order to realize the intelligent information management of the professional automobile wharf, this paper introduces the ship and cargo information related to the wharf into the port information platform, and realizes the traceability, automation and information management of the port production operation.At the same time, the historical data mining, compared before and after the completion of the information platform, wharf cargo delivery to the cargo owners become faster, more accurate, safe.Tianjin Port Ro-ro wharf rely on information technology to provide the company's customers with the highest quality terminal services.
