广东省普通国省道干线公路“十二五”期末重点养护建设研究

【摘要】：通过总结广东省普通国省道干线公路现状,分析了路网布局结构有待完善、总体通行能力有限和服务水平不高、建设养护管理体制有待理顺、建设养护资金来源单一且缺口大等不足。结合"十二五"期发展目标,提出全面完成普通国道粤境段路线规划和普通省道网规划调整、打造一批"养护管理示范路"、继续深化管理体制改革、抓紧开展前期工作并提前储备项目等4项广东省普通国省道干线公路"十二五"期末重点养护建设内容,阐述了多方位筹措资金、协调简化项目前期审批程序和宣传弘扬普通公路文化3项关键政策措施。
[Abstract]:By summing up the current situation of provincial trunk roads in Guangdong Province, the paper analyzes the road network layout structure to be improved, the overall traffic capacity is limited and the service level is not high, and the construction and maintenance management system needs to be straightened out.The fund source of construction and maintenance is single and the gap is large.According to the development target of the 12th Five-Year Plan period, this paper puts forward to complete the route planning of the Guangdong section of the ordinary national highway and the planning adjustment of the ordinary provincial highway network, build a number of "maintenance and management demonstration roads", and continue to deepen the reform of the management system.The contents of the key maintenance and construction of 4 provincial trunk highways in Guangdong Province during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, such as carrying out the preliminary work and reserving the project in advance, have been expounded, and the various aspects of raising funds have been expounded.Three key policies and measures are coordinated to simplify the pre-project approval procedure and to propagate and promote the common highway culture.
