我国集装箱多式联运及运单发展条件的探讨

【摘要】：集装箱多式联运是综合运输发展的重要阶段,通过分析多式联运的相关观点,结合我国集装箱多式联运系统结构,阐述我国集装箱多式联运合同、集装箱多式联运经营人和集装箱多式联运运单等相关术语。在此基础上,针对多式联运流程、多式联运统一运单及多式联运运单主要信息内容,研究提出我国集装箱多式联运运单统一架构,探讨我国多式联运运单推广运用策略,即加快多式联运立法、制定出台集装箱多式联运规则、制定出台相关标准等。
[Abstract]:Container multimodal transport is an important stage in the development of integrated transportation. By analyzing the related viewpoints of multimodal transport and combining the structure of container multimodal transport system in China, this paper expounds the contract of container multimodal transport in China.Related terms such as container multimodal transport operator and container multimodal transport bill.On this basis, aiming at the multimodal transport process, the main information contents of the unified multimodal transport bill and the multimodal transport bill, this paper studies and puts forward the unified framework of China's container multimodal transport bill, and probes into the popularizing and applying strategy of our country's multimodal transport bill.That is to speed up the multimodal transport legislation, formulate the introduction of container multimodal transport rules, formulate the relevant standards and so on.
