国航内蒙古分公司支线运输发展战略研究

【摘要】:支线航空作为现代民用航空运输业的重要组成部分,近几年来引起业内外人士的广泛关注。如何促进支线航空的发展,更好的服务于经济他和服务于社会,成为一个重要的课题。基于独特的区位地理环境及蓬勃的经济发展现状,内蒙古自治区支线航空运输市场需求潜力巨大,发展支线航空运输具有得天独厚的条件和优势。中国国际航空股份有限公司内蒙古分公司(以下简称“国航内蒙古分公司”)正处于战略转型的关键时期,需着眼未来发展,把握市场机遇,谋划支线航空发展战略,自动自发地推动战略实施,不断强化竞争优势,实现可持续发展。 “支线航空运输”是包含支线机场、支线航线和支线飞机三个基本要素的有机体系。本文从辨析支线航空运输的涵义入手,进而对国际、国内支线航空发展现状进行了分析,明确存在的问题,得出可借鉴的经验。 企业战略是在分析企业外部环境和内部条件的基础上,为在市场竞争中求得生存和发展而做出的总体的、长远的谋划与对策。论文从区域整体经济形势、市场发展速度、旅客群体特点和市场竞争情况等方面对国航内蒙古分公司发展支线航空的环境和条件进行了详尽的分析。立足运营现状和内蒙古地区支线航空市场发展前景,国航内蒙古分公司发展支线航空极具可行性。通过合资组建专业的支线航空公司,确立成本领先战略,以低价、高频率的航班连接内蒙古经济和旅游热点地区,以建立形成干支结合的轴心辐射网络为方向,形成由效率优势、成本优势和品牌优势构筑成的核心竞争能力,提供专业高效的支线运输服务。论文对内蒙古航空的运营模式进行了详细策划。 为解决战略执行中存在的问题,实现对战略实施的全面保障,在论文最后,从实施安全风险管理、有效的成本管理、运用信息技术提高效率、加强质量和支线品牌建设、强化组织和人力资源支持五个方面提出了建议。论文的研究结论有利于笔者所在公司的自身发展,同时对于在内蒙古自治区发展支线航空运输的其它航空公司也具有一定的指导作用。
[Abstract]:As an important part of modern civil aviation transportation, regional aviation has attracted wide attention in recent years.How to promote the development of regional airlines, to better serve the economy and society, has become an important issue.Based on the unique geographical environment and booming economic development situation, the market demand of regional air transportation in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region has great potential, and the development of regional air transport has unique conditions and advantages.The Inner Mongolia Branch of China International Aviation Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Air China Inner Mongolia Branch") is in the critical period of strategic transformation. It is necessary to focus on the future development, grasp the market opportunities, and plan the development strategy of the regional aviation.Automatically promote the implementation of strategy, constantly strengthen competitive advantages, and achieve sustainable development.Regional air transportation is an organic system which includes three basic elements of regional airport, branch route and branch plane.This paper begins with the analysis of the meaning of branch air transportation, and then analyzes the present situation of international and domestic regional aviation development, makes clear the existing problems, and draws the experiences that can be used for reference.Based on the analysis of the external environment and internal conditions of the enterprise, the enterprise strategy is an overall, long-term plan and countermeasures for survival and development in the market competition.In this paper, the environment and conditions for the development of branch airlines in Inner Mongolia Branch of Air China are analyzed in detail from the aspects of the overall economic situation of the region, the speed of market development, the characteristics of passenger groups and the situation of market competition.Based on the present operation situation and the development prospect of regional aviation market in Inner Mongolia, the development of branch aviation in Inner Mongolia Branch of Air China is very feasible.Through a joint venture to set up a professional regional airline company, to establish a cost-leading strategy, to link the economic and tourist hot spots of Inner Mongolia with low-cost, high-frequency flights, and to establish an axial radiation network with a combination of dry branches and branches as the direction.Form the core competitive ability which is constructed by efficiency advantage, cost advantage and brand advantage, and provide professional and efficient branch transportation service.The thesis has carried on the detailed plan to the Inner Mongolia aviation's operation pattern.In order to solve the problems existing in the implementation of the strategy and to realize the overall guarantee of the implementation of the strategy, in the end of the paper, from the implementation of security risk management, effective cost management, the use of information technology to improve efficiency, strengthen the quality and branch brand building,Suggestions on strengthening organization and human resource support are put forward.The conclusion of this paper is beneficial to the development of my company, and it is also helpful to the development of other airlines in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region.
