基于绿色概念的铁路选线方案比选系统研究

【摘要】:近年来,铁路建设尤其是中西部的铁路建设进入了新的快速发展阶段,在带动周边经济发展的同时,不可避免的对周围环境造成一定的影响。尤其是在西部地区,线路周边生态系统极其脆弱,环境破坏的可恢复性差。在可持续性发展的要求下,铁路选线必须综合考虑铁路建设、运营、环境保护等因素的影响。引入绿色铁路选线的相关概念,研究选线设计的多目标比选方法就显得尤为必要。论文在充分研究现有的选线方案多目标决策系统的基础上,结合西部铁路建设的具体工程,从工程、环境、运营等方面出发,进一步细化决策影响因素,完善基于绿色概念的铁路选线方案比选系统。论文主要完成了以下几方面工作:(1)从技术条件、经济、环境影响以及社会效益四个方面研究线路多目标比选体系的主要影响因子,选择具有代表性的影响因素,构建多层次的指标体系结构模型。(2)采用层次分析法法求解出各准则层以及子准则层内的所有指标的权重值。深入分析常见的各种铁路线路方案评价方法的特点,考虑到影响铁路线路方案的因素的定性、定量特性,确定了模糊综合评价法和灰色相关理论相结合的多目标评价方法。(3)根据模糊综合评价法及灰色相关理论方法的相关分析,从定性及定量的角度分别建立了基于绿色概念的线路方案评判模糊综合评价模型,以及基于灰色相关理论的线路方案评判模型,并研究二者相结合的线路方案综合评价方法。(4)以南疆铁路的具体工程为研究背景,采用灰色相关理论对定量指标(即技术条件指标及经济指标)进行评价分析,采用模糊综合评价法对定性指标(即环境影响指标及社会效益指标)进行综合评价分析,建立基于模糊综合评价及灰色相关理论方法的线路方案评判分析模型,根据指标体系的层次结构进行多级模糊综合评价,得到各方案的优劣次序。决策结果与实际线路方案比选结果一致,也验证了所选取的评价方法的合理性及有效性。论文整体研究对于绿色选线概念的有效推广,尤其是对西部干旱生态脆弱环境区域的选线设计具有十分重要的理论及实用价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, railway construction, especially the railway construction in the central and western regions, has entered a new stage of rapid development. While driving the development of the surrounding economy, it inevitably has a certain impact on the surrounding environment.Especially in the western region, the ecosystem around the line is extremely fragile, and the recovery of environmental damage is poor.Under the requirement of sustainable development, railway line selection must take into account the influence of railway construction, operation, environmental protection and so on.It is necessary to introduce the concept of green railway route selection and to study the multi-objective selection method of route selection design.On the basis of fully studying the existing multi-objective decision-making system of route selection scheme and combining with the specific project of the western railway construction, the paper further refines the influencing factors of decision making from the aspects of engineering, environment, operation and so on.Improve the railway line selection system based on green concept.The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) to study the main influencing factors of multi-objective selection system in terms of technical conditions, economy, environmental impact and social benefits, and to select representative influencing factors.A multi-level index architecture model is constructed. (2) Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to calculate the weights of all indexes in each criterion layer and sub-criterion layer.Deeply analyzing the characteristics of common evaluation methods for railway line schemes, taking into account the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the factors affecting railway line schemes,According to the correlation analysis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and grey correlation theory method, the multi-objective evaluation method combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with grey correlation theory is determined.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of line scheme evaluation based on green concept and the line scheme evaluation model based on grey correlation theory are established from the qualitative and quantitative aspects respectively.Based on the research background of the concrete project of the southern Xinjiang railway, the quantitative index (i.e. technical condition index and economic index) is evaluated and analyzed by grey correlation theory.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and analyze the qualitative indexes (that is, environmental impact index and social benefit index), and the evaluation and analysis model of route scheme based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and grey correlation theory is established.According to the hierarchical structure of the index system, the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out, and the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are obtained.The result of the decision is consistent with that of the actual route scheme, and the rationality and effectiveness of the evaluation method are verified.The whole study of this paper is of great theoretical and practical value for the effective extension of the concept of green route selection, especially for the design of route selection in arid ecological fragile environment areas in western China.
