基于DEA法的高速公路上市公司投资效率评价研究

【摘要】：高速公路行业在一个国家的经济发展中具有举足轻重的作用，是国民经济发展的命脉。近年来，我国在高速公路建设方面取得了举世瞩目的成就，截至2012年底，全国高速公路通车里程近9.5万公里；与此同时，高速公路一度被舆论传为“暴利”行业，究竟高速公路公司是否“暴利”呢？公路上市公司的投资效率究竟如何的呢？带着这两个问题，本文对高速公路上市公司的投资效率进行评价分析，以期对公路上市公司投资效率的提升提出自己的一些建议。本文采用定性分析和定量分析，规范分析和实证分析相结合的方法，选取了在上海证券交易所和深圳证券交易所上市高速公路上市公司为样本，对国泰安数据库中的数据进行收集整理，引入DEA模型对高速公路上市公司在2010-2012连续三年的数据进行了效率测度分析；运用超效率DEA测算了位于生产前沿面上的高速公路上市公司的投资效率，实现了对高速公路上市公司投资效率的排序。最后，通过DEA-Malmquist法对2010-2012年高速公路上市公司的投资效率进行动态分析，通过Malmquist指数分解，进一步分析影响高速公路上市公司投资效率变化的因素。最后结合实证分析，提出改善高速公路上市公司投资效率的建议。
[Abstract]:Expressway industry plays an important role in the economic development of a country and is the lifeblood of national economic development.In recent years, China has made remarkable achievements in highway construction. By the end of 2012, the mileage of expressway in China was nearly 95000 kilometers. At the same time, highway was once referred to as "profiteering" industry.Is the highway company "profiteering"?How is the investment efficiency of highway listed companies?With these two problems, this paper evaluates and analyzes the investment efficiency of highway listed companies in order to put forward some suggestions on how to improve the investment efficiency of highway listed companies.In this paper, qualitative and quantitative analysis, normative analysis and empirical analysis are combined to select listed expressway listed companies on Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange as samples.Collect and organize the data in Cathay Security database, and introduce DEA model to analyze the efficiency of expressway listed companies for three consecutive years in 2010-2012.This paper calculates the investment efficiency of expressway listed companies on the front line of production by using super efficiency DEA, and realizes the ranking of investment efficiency of expressway listed companies.Finally, the paper makes a dynamic analysis of the investment efficiency of expressway listed companies from 2010 to 2012 by DEA-Malmquist method, and further analyzes the factors that affect the investment efficiency of expressway listed companies through the decomposition of Malmquist index.Finally, based on the empirical analysis, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the investment efficiency of expressway listed companies.
