集装箱码头运营商在我国投资港口的区位选择研究

【摘要】:伴随着经济全球化和国际分工的深化,集装箱港口已经摆脱了简单的航运中转角色,正日益扩展到运输增值服务和国际综合物流中心领域。港口产业收益相对于航运业更为稳定、平滑,不同于航运周期的大起大落。集装箱港口市场有着稳定的投资收益,从国际经验来看,集装箱港口内部收益率一般在10%以上。由于集装箱港口业较高的投资收益率,成为国际投资的重要对象。作为集装箱港口的主要投资人,码头运营商全力构建集装箱港口业务网络。码头运营商对外投资港口,不仅可以为自营的船舶航行与挂靠港口带来更多的便利,同时可以通过码头投资分散航运板块的经营风险。 改革开放以来,中国经济的持续高速增长促使了世界经济与贸易格局的重心向以中国为核心的东亚地区转移,同时促使中国的集装箱港口业得到了快速发展,中国港口在世界港航运输网络中的地位与作用日益提升。码头运营商大力投资中国集装箱港口,在我国沿海构建港口业务网络,但码头运营商投资港口的区位选择存在很大的差异,主要集中于长三角、珠三角、环渤海的部分港口中,而一些港口还未涉及,港口的长远发展需要资金的投入,外商的投资是港口发展的主要资金来源之一,因此如何吸引外商投资成为港口未来进一步发展考虑的重要问题。 本文以码头运营商投资集装箱港口的区位决策为目标,运用FDI区位选择理论,通过对码头运营商的选择行为进行研究,运用泰尔指数量化港口群间的差异。将码头运营商投资集装箱港口的特性与logit概率模型结合起来,用1ogit效用函数表示码头运营商对集装箱港口投资的选择行为,对影响投资区位选择的各个因素的影响程度进行定量分析,最终得出相关影响因素对码头运营商投资区位选择的影响系数,得出影响码头运营商投资区位选择的决定性因素,从而为我国港口吸引外商投资提供理论基础和现实指导意见。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization and international division of labor container ports have been getting rid of the role of simple shipping transit and are increasingly expanding into the field of transport value-added services and international integrated logistics center.The profit of port industry is more stable and smooth than that of shipping industry, which is different from the ups and downs of shipping cycle.The container port market has stable investment income. From the international experience, the internal return rate of container port is generally above 10%.Because of the high investment return rate of container port industry, it has become an important object of international investment.As the main investors of container port, terminal operators are working hard to construct container port business network.The port investment by wharf operators can not only bring more convenience for self-owned ships sailing and linking port, but also can spread the risk of shipping plate through wharf investment.Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the sustained and rapid growth of China's economy has promoted the shift of the focus of the world economy and trade pattern to the East Asian region with China as the core, as well as the rapid development of China's container port industry.The status and role of Chinese ports in the world's port and shipping network is increasing day by day.Terminal operators invest heavily in China's container ports and construct port business networks along the coast of China. However, there are great differences in the location of ports invested by terminal operators, mainly in the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, and some ports around the Bohai Sea.However, some ports have not been involved, the long-term development of the port needs capital investment, foreign investment is one of the main sources of capital for port development, so how to attract foreign investment has become an important issue for the future development of the port.This paper aims at the location decision of terminal operators to invest in container ports, applies the theory of FDI location selection, studies the choice behavior of terminal operators, and quantifies the differences among port groups by means of Thiel index.Combining the characteristics of terminal operators' investment in container ports with the logit probabilistic model, the 1ogit utility function is used to express the choice behavior of terminal operators' investment in container ports.Quantitative analysis is made on the influence degree of various factors affecting the investment location selection, and finally the influence coefficient of the relevant factors on the investment location choice of the terminal operators is obtained, and the decisive factors affecting the investment location choice of the terminal operators are obtained.So as to attract foreign investment in our ports to provide the theoretical basis and practical guidance.
