锦州港集装箱运输业务发展策略研究

【摘要】:锦州港拥有许多家船公司开设的多条集装箱班轮航线,已经构成了贯通南北沿海主要港口、全面辐射珠江水系和长江水系的两个T型集装箱运输网络。内外贸航线网络严密覆盖以广东南沙港为中心的华南、西南沿海地区和以上海港为中心的华东地区。港口目前拥有4个集装箱的专用泊位,具有接卸第6代集装箱船舶的能力。岸边装卸桥、轮胎式龙门吊、正面吊、堆高机、大小叉车等各种配套设施。在锦州港的发展规划中,根据港口现有集装箱货源种类以及集团公司到2020年集装箱发展的远期规划,“十二五”期间,公司将继续秉承“发展内贸、兼顾外贸、完善体系、提高综合竞争力”的原则,到2015年争取实现集装箱吞吐量200万标准箱,2020年突破300万箱,这就需要锦州港不断提高集装箱业务能力,以达到“十二五”的发展目标。 本文首先通过对国际、国内经济环境,国际、国内航运及集装箱运输的发展现状的阐述,对锦州港集装箱运输发展的外部大环境进行分析。其次,在对锦州港概况、锦州港基础设施、锦州港出入港货品、锦州港腹地经济等发展现状进行描述的基础上,结合锦州港集装箱吞吐量发展、锦州港集装箱航线、锦州港集装箱到港船型的分析,对锦州港集装箱运输发展的优势、劣势、机遇及挑战进行分析。第三,在对预测方法分类以及常用集装箱吞吐量预测方法进行概述的基础上,结合灰色预测模型及改进神经网络模型预测的建立过程,建立灰色预测和神经网络预测组合预测模型,并以2000年-2010年锦州港集装箱吞吐量为基础数据对锦州港的集装箱吞吐量进行预测。最后,结合锦州港集装箱吞吐量的预测结果以及锦州港集装箱发展过程中存在的问题,提出锦州港集装箱运输业务的发展策略。
[Abstract]:Jinzhou Port has many container liner routes set up by many shipping companies. It has formed two T-type container transport networks that link the main ports along the north and south coast and fully radiate the Pearl River and Yangtze River systems.The network of domestic and foreign trade routes closely covers South China with Nansha Port as its center, and east China with southwest coastal areas and seaports above.At present, the port has 4 special berths for containers with the capacity of loading and unloading the 6th generation container ships.Shore loading and unloading bridge, tire gantry crane, front crane, pile-up machine, big and small forklift and other supporting facilities.In the development plan of Jinzhou Port, according to the existing container supply types of the port and the group company's long-term plan for container development up to 2020, during the 12th Five-Year Plan, the company will continue to "develop domestic trade, take into account foreign trade, and improve the system."In order to achieve the container throughput of 2 million TEUs by 2015 and to break through 3 million TEUs in 2020, it is necessary for Jinzhou Port to continuously improve its container business capacity in order to achieve the development goal of the 12th Five-Year Plan.Firstly, this paper analyzes the external environment of Jinzhou port container transportation by expounding the development of international, domestic economic environment, international, domestic shipping and container transportation.Secondly, on the basis of describing the general situation of Jinzhou Port, the infrastructure of Jinzhou Port, the goods in and out of Jinzhou Port and the economy of Jinzhou Port hinterland, combined with the container throughput development of Jinzhou Port, the container route of Jinzhou Port,This paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of container transport development in Jinzhou Port.Thirdly, on the basis of summarizing the classification of forecasting methods and the commonly used container throughput forecasting methods, combining the grey forecasting model with the improved neural network model to establish the prediction process,The combined forecasting model of grey forecast and neural network is established, and the container throughput of Jinzhou port is predicted based on the data from 2000 to 2010.Finally, combined with the forecast results of container throughput of Jinzhou Port and the problems existing in the container development process of Jinzhou Port, the development strategy of container transportation business in Jinzhou Port is put forward.
