【摘要】:在我国经济改革的浪潮中,交通运输业为全社会提供运输服务,处于国民经济的基础地位,是社会生产力的重要组成部分,处于社会生产的上游,又在流通领域中活动,除了直接创造价值外,对国民经济还产生很强的带动效应,间接的贡献率更大。由于新疆所处的地理位置,加之区内地域辽阔,,新疆与区外的联系及区内各地州市之间的联系距离都很长。与内地特别是沿海省区相比,这是新疆交通运输的最大特点。改革开放以来,新疆的经济建设取得了翻天覆地的变化,新疆交通运输网络也已基本形成。但由于新疆的特殊地理环境,交通运输一直是新疆经济发展的“瓶颈”,因此在今后的经济建设中仍需要不断提升和完善。在新疆经济社会跨越式发展进程中,基础设施建设滞后是制约经济发展的重要因素之一。因此,加快基础设施建设是推进新疆新型工业化、农牧业现代化和新型城镇化进程的迫切需要。 如何处理好交通运输与经济发展之间的关系,使交通运输与经济能够协调、可持续发展已成为关系全局的大事,因此,对新疆交通运输与区域经济发展研究具有重要的意义。 由于新疆的地理地貌,在新疆交通运输体系中,铁路和公路占据着主导位置。因此,本文主要从新疆陆路交通这个角度出发,研究新疆陆路交通与区域经济发展的内在关联。本文共分为五个部分:第一章导论。主要介绍论文的选题背景,提出了研究的意义,确定研究目标与内容,阐明研究思路与方法;第二章陆路交通与区域经济发展的内在联系。首先是介绍区域经济发展对陆路交通发展的影响,其次是陆路交通运输对区域经济发展的影响分析,再次是交通发展的国际经验和启示;第三章新疆陆路交通与经济发展实证分析;第四章是陆路交通发展的典型案例分析;第五章基于前文的分析,提出关于陆路交通运输促进经济发展的战略对策与展望。
[Abstract]:In the wave of economic reform in China, the transportation industry provides transportation services for the whole society, is in the basic position of the national economy, is an important part of the social productive forces, is in the upstream of social production, and is also active in the field of circulation.Besides directly creating value, it has a strong driving effect on the national economy, and the indirect contribution rate is greater.Due to the geographical location of Xinjiang and the vast area, the relationship between Xinjiang and other regions and the distance between cities and cities in the region are very long.Compared with inland, especially coastal provinces, this is the biggest characteristic of transportation in Xinjiang.Since the reform and opening up, Xinjiang's economic construction has made earth-shaking changes, and Xinjiang's transportation network has basically formed.However, because of the special geographical environment of Xinjiang, transportation has always been the bottleneck of Xinjiang's economic development, so it is still necessary to improve and improve the economic construction in the future.In the process of economic and social leapfrogging development in Xinjiang, the lag of infrastructure construction is one of the important factors restricting economic development.Therefore, speeding up the construction of infrastructure is the urgent need to promote Xinjiang's new industrialization, agriculture and animal husbandry modernization and new urbanization process.How to deal with the relationship between transportation and economic development, so that transportation and economy can be coordinated, sustainable development has become a matter of great concern to the overall situation, therefore, the study of transportation and regional economic development in Xinjiang has an important significance.Because of the geography and geomorphology of Xinjiang, railway and highway occupy the dominant position in the transportation system of Xinjiang.Therefore, from the angle of Xinjiang land transportation, this paper studies the internal relationship between Xinjiang land traffic and regional economic development.This paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter is an introduction.This paper mainly introduces the background of the thesis, puts forward the significance of the research, determines the research objectives and contents, and clarifies the research ideas and methods. Chapter two is the internal relationship between land transportation and regional economic development.First, it introduces the impact of regional economic development on land transportation development, secondly, analyzes the impact of land transportation on regional economic development, and then introduces the international experience and inspiration of transportation development.The third chapter is the empirical analysis of Xinjiang land transportation and economic development; the fourth chapter is the typical case analysis of land transportation development; the fifth chapter is based on the previous analysis, put forward the strategic countermeasures and prospects of land transport to promote economic development.
