【摘要】：正杭绍台铁路项目申请报告正式通过国家发改委审定核准,这标志着期待已久的杭绍台铁路项目前期工作已基本完成,先期段将于今年12月底开工,明年全线开工。到2020年,上虞将新增一个比现有"绍兴东站"更大的高铁车站——东关站。
