天津临港思多而特液化码头公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:本文研究的对象和行业范围为天津临港思多而特液化码头公司及其所在的液化码头行业。天津临港思多而特液化码头公司自成立以来经济发展迅猛,吞吐量、收入等主要指标逐年攀高,为临港经济区入区企业如天津大沽化工厂等企业提供了源源不断的货源来往支持和保障,同时也为这些客户的液化品内外贸提供接卸服务和有力支持。 根据天津临港思多而特液化码头公司目前的实际情况和行业的独特性,本文采用著名的SWOT分析法,全面地分析了天津临港思多而特液化码头公司在其经营发展业务发展上的优势和劣势,机会和威胁四个方面的因素。通过运用SWOT分析法,对公司的发展战略的制定提出建议,,并探讨该公司如何利用自身优势,结合临港液化码头行业发展态势,走出一条能确保企业行业领先,效益稳定的发展道路。 基于自身的内外部优劣势情况和实际,并采用SWOT分析法,通过比较分析,天津临港思多而特液化码头公司在临港经济区目前在几个方面具有主要优势,而同时也存在着劣于对手的方面。经过对公司的优劣势分析,能更清楚地认识到公司的不足,从而建议公司管理层将公司的中期发展战略定为:在做好安全管理的前提下,扎实做好服务工作,稳定大客户,开发新客户,不断完善各项基础工作,继续确保在临港地区保持行业龙头地位,力争实现在未来3-5年内把公司的吞吐量提升到400万吨/年的目标,力争公司利润率保持在税前40%。 为实现这一战略目标,公司根据相关理论及公司及竞争情况,采取机会——优势(SO)战略、劣势——机会(WO)战略、优势——威胁(ST)战略、劣势——威胁(WT)战略四大战略,每一个大战略方向又辅以相应具体的子战略。在抓好安全管理的前提下,立足临港地区,不断改进工作不足之处,以优质的差异化服务,稳定公司既有大客户,不断开拓新的市场,确保领先竞争优势。通过深化公司安全管理及相关激励措施和处罚措施,更好地实现公司的战略目标,保障中外股东双方稳定的投资回报。
[Abstract]:The object and industry scope of this paper is Tianjin Lingang Special liquefaction Wharf Company and its liquefaction wharf industry. Since its establishment, Tianjin Lingang Sidorite Liquefaction Wharf Company has witnessed rapid economic development, throughput, revenue, and other major indicators have increased year by year. It provides continuous supply support and guarantee for the enterprises entering the port economic zone such as Tianjin Dagu Chemical Plant, and also provides unloading service and strong support for the domestic and foreign trade of the liquefaction products of these customers. According to the actual situation of Tianjin Lingang Special liquefaction Wharf Company and the uniqueness of the industry, this paper adopts the famous SWOT analysis method. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Tianjin Lingang Special Liquefaction Wharf Company in its business development are analyzed. By using SWOT analysis method, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the formulation of the company's development strategy, and probes into how the company can make use of its own advantages and combine with the development situation of the industry near port liquefaction wharf, and go out of a way to ensure that the enterprise is leading the industry. A stable economic development path. Based on the internal and external advantages and disadvantages of its own situation and reality, and by using SWOT analysis, through comparative analysis, Tianjin Lingang Sidorite liquefied Wharf Company has main advantages in several aspects of the port economic zone at present. At the same time, there are also inferior to the opponent. After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the company, it is suggested that the management of the company should adopt the medium-term development strategy of the company as: on the premise of doing a good job of safety management, it can do a good job of service and stabilize the major customers. Develop new customers, constantly improve the basic work, continue to ensure that in the port area to maintain the leading position in the industry, strive to achieve the next 3-5 years to increase the company's throughput to 4 million tons / year, and strive to maintain the company's profit margin before tax 40%. In order to achieve this strategic goal, the company adopts four strategies according to relevant theories, company and competition situation: opportunity-advantage strategy, inferiority-opportunity strategy, advantage-threat strategy, inferior-threat strategy, and inferior-threat strategy. Each big strategic direction is supplemented by corresponding specific sub-strategies. On the premise of safety management, we should base ourselves on the port area, improve the work shortage, and provide excellent differentiated service to stabilize the company's existing large customers, open up new markets and ensure the leading competitive advantage. Through deepening the company's safety management and related incentive measures and punishment measures, the strategic goal of the company can be better realized, and the stable return on investment of both Chinese and foreign shareholders can be guaranteed.
