大连港散粮罐车直取装箱工艺经济效益研究

【摘要】:随着全球粮食生产趋向高品质和多元化,传统的以包粮和散粮流通为主的粮食运输方式已无法满足市场的需求。相比而言,通过集装箱运输粮食,具有高品质、高效率、高适用性、低投资等特点,在成本和其他方面相比其他运输方式有着明显的优势,因而正逐步融入粮食流通体系中,并得到不断发展。 就运输过程本身而言,散粮集装箱运输较其它运输方式有一定的成本优势,但如果综合考虑装箱和运输的全过程,散粮装集装箱工艺所涉及到设备设施、人工成本和集装箱起重配套设备的投入,运输成本可能会有较大增加。所以,开展散粮装集装箱工艺的效益研究,对于降低运输成本,推动粮食物流具有重要的现实意义。 本文通过研究国内外专家学者的有关文献,了解全球散粮运输的状况和发展以及我国的运输现状分析和存在的问题方面,探讨了我国现有的粮食散改集作业工艺和大连港散粮罐车直取工艺方案。通过装箱作业和综合效益分析,采用定性和定量分析对比各个方案的投资和效益,得出大连港适于采取的工艺方案,对各方案进行了经济评价,最后利用AHP模糊综合分析方法确定出较优方案。
[Abstract]:With the trend of high quality and diversification of global grain production, the traditional grain transportation mode, which is dominated by the circulation of packed grain and bulk grain, can no longer meet the needs of the market. Comparatively speaking, the container transportation of grain has the characteristics of high quality, high efficiency, high applicability, low investment and so on. It has obvious advantages over other transportation modes in cost and other aspects, so it is gradually being integrated into the grain circulation system. And get constant development. As far as the transportation process is concerned, bulk grain container transportation has a certain cost advantage over other modes of transportation. However, if we consider the whole process of packing and transportation, the bulk grain container process involves equipment and facilities. Labor costs and container hoisting equipment input, transport costs may have a large increase. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the benefits of bulk grain container technology for reducing transportation cost and promoting grain logistics. In this paper, by studying the relevant literature of experts and scholars at home and abroad, we can understand the status and development of bulk grain transportation in the world, as well as the analysis of the current situation of transportation in China and the existing problems. This paper probes into the existing process of grain agglomeration in China and the direct extraction process of bulk grain tanker in Dalian Port. Through packing operation and comprehensive benefit analysis, the investment and benefit of each scheme are compared qualitatively and quantitatively, and the suitable technological scheme of Dalian Port is obtained, and the economic evaluation of each scheme is carried out. Finally, AHP fuzzy comprehensive analysis method is used to determine the optimal scheme.
