重庆公路物流中心发展策略研究

【摘要】：随着我国综合国力和经济贸易的提高,物流的基础设施和科技技术得到了充分的发展和提高,各省市根据其具体的地貌特征和经济特点建立起了符合当地特色的不同种类的物流中心,比如公路物流中心、海港物流中心、配送物流中心等。其中,就公路物流中心而言,随着我国各大公路网络的完善,城市中心通道的大力建设,各地区政府的大力支持,我国的公路物流中心得到极大地发展。因此,在这样良好的黄金发展期间,我国各个地区崛起了规格不一、功能各异的公路物流中心或公路物流中心,公路物流中心的建设进入和空前的繁荣时期。重庆作为山城,其地貌非常适合公路物流中心,进行有效的门到门运输,重庆在“十二五”规划中也大力支持物流中心的建设。但是,重庆对于公路物流中心的研究还尚且处于一个发展初期,面对各省市众多的公路物流中心,也给重庆的公路物流中心带来了一定的竞争压力和发展阻碍。因此,从理论上来说,为重庆市公路物流中心以后的发展提供合理的规划决策,成为了重庆市公路物流中心未来发展的首要工作。本文以重庆市新建立的公路物流中心(南彭)为研究对象,重点研究其未来的发展,为其良好的发展提供合理的发展规划。论文首先阐述了公路物流中心的背景意义、国内外优秀学者对于公路物流中心发展现状的研究;然后详细介绍了重庆市公路物流中心(南彭)现状,主要采用PEST分析法对其现有的政治、经济、社会、技术等方面的条件和环境进行了具体的分析,掌握重庆市公路物流中心(南彭)的发展机遇和挑战,得到在这样的新形势下对重庆市公路物流中心(南彭)的新要求;然后根据其具体的发展要求和重庆市当地的条件特点,结合国内外先进的公路物流中心的发展策略,取其精华,去其糟粕,为重庆市公路物流中心(南彭)的发展提出相应的建议如:提高对现代公路物流中心的理解层次、发展自身优势,吸引更多优质企业入驻、重视“两线两环”规划,打造重庆商贸物流新格局、有效运用政府的支持,加强内部组织领导和部门协调、构建重庆公路物流中心网络运营系统、引进和培养优秀的专业人才、物流中心内部交通规划组织、加强物流中心与社会其他行业的合作等等。希望我市的公路物流中心能成为支柱性产业,为我市带来更多的投资,不断优化和发展我市的公路运输和物流中心建设。
